Great store, treats their players with respect and great service. Refuses to sell anything to scalpers to allow their community to obtain product in an organized and efficient manner. Will always go here to compete and hang out to play with friends, plenty of space and tables. read more

Scalpers and sell the Bandai promos that they're supposed to pass out during events, DO NOT SHOP HERE, these rats don't deserve your money

Love Aarron!!! Such a great store and wonderful customer service!! Highly recommend this store for all of your kids (or your own) gaming needs! read more

Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Thanks for making me feel welcome! Love buying singles and other mtg products here. read more

The good is the store is huge and super clean. Very organized. The bad...here we go .as a new card collector I went here excited to shop. The very first employee was highly rude to me and treated me like I was stupid when I asked if they carried a specific kind of card im looking for. Finally a 2nd employee came out and kindly answered my questions. The 2nd time at the store the dude with the glasses was rude to my husband when he was looking at cards and was also..treating us both like his was annoyed that he had to answer questions. The 3rd and final time..I was double charged for an item I could have gotten online for half the cost. I spent over 1000 dollars in this store in a week. Tell your employees not to judge a book by its cover and smile and be excited about their job. It's not even a job. it's a hobby turned into paycheck. Act like it. I won't be returning. 3rd time was it for me read more

Horrible customer service Didnt seem to care about the kids and they were so excited to be there Cards were priced way too high and sealed product was vastly more expensive than retail msrp .... There is cool merchandise there but its very costly. Any item the sold there was cheaper online. read more

Not open when they say they are, kinda disappointed with that and how no one answers the phone

Took my son shortly after Christmas to spend some Christmas money he received. He is really into collecting Pokemon cards, hasn't learned to play just yet. With that stated he picked out 13 cards out of the case, he was so stoked! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable in regard to all aspects of the game / collecting. All my son talked about the whole weekend was the cool cards he received and how nice the people were at Astral Games! This goes a long ways with dad, we were even able to ask questions about other games, we will now collect and learn how to play. Wanted to say thank you for being genuinely excited for him. We will be back to continue to support our local shop! We have some stuff on Pre-order and look forward to ordering more! Thank you Astral Team for going out of your way! read more

Friendly staff, great selection, and fair pricing. Will shop here again. Went with my kids while passing through Oregon and we are definitely glad to have made the stop. read more

Lovely store, very clean and well ordered. The staff took extra time to hunt down some games for a hard-to-shop-for crowd, and were very patient and helpful while I indecisively hemmed and hawed. read more

Very bad pricing on just about everything. Comic pricing is horrendous, board games are above MSRP, and cards are too high as well. Obviously an intentional choice which makes it hard to believe they respect their customers. I have also had many frustrating experiences with the staff. The one upside is the gaming space, always nice to see that. Unless that is your niche, I would avoid giving this place your money. read more

This is a nice game store that appears to host a lot of gaming events. I happened to stop by on a Sunday when it looked like there were a lot of MTG players in the store. The store looks clean and is laid out in a way that looks organized. Their board game selection is pretty good, though I didn't find what I was looking for. My gripe about this place is that the staff came off as really rude. I walked in and greeted them only to be ignored. It didn't make for a great first impression and made me further disinclined to stick around and peruse the store for something else to purchase. Do better, folks. read more

Good selection of games. Friendly and helpful staff. They've got a bunch of events it seems like.

Creates community, does business in the pursuit of building for the good of us all. Solid ethics.

My first visit in several years. Beautiful store with excellent inventory and fast, friendly help. I need to visit Astral Games more often! read more

Really clean and organized store. One of the nicer game stores I have been in and I've been in tons. The owner is very nice and helpful.

I found this store on Free Comic book Day 2014. Having never been in I was curious as to how many comics they would have being a mostly gaming store. The amount of comics in store it a bit to be desired if you are looking for new reading material but that lack of product is made up by the customer service. Like I said it was my first time in the store and Tom, comic guy, was nice enough to let me borrow the comic catalog so that I could make up my subscription list!! I was floored because I hadn't been to another comic book store that did this. They have been extremely easy to work with even when my subscriptions have gotten out of control. :) Their new location is huge and right near the college downtown which has never been slow in all the times I have been in. read more

Aaron, the store owner, is super chill. This is my go-to place to hang out and play MTG

Horrible store for comics. The customer service is lacking as well. The selections are extremely light. The one person who is the so called comic person is some what knowledgeable but he is quite rude and doesnt really know how to treat customers with respect read more

I have been to quite a few game and hobby shops along the west coast and I can honestly say that this is my favorite! The staff is very helpful and fun to talk to, they have a great assortment of games and comics, and it is very clean! (Which is not something I can say of other stores that I have been to!) read more

I was in medford with my wife while she was getting Lasix eye surgery. I had a couple hours to kill while I was waiting for her, so I went to the local game shop. The store is really great. Friendly staff and clientelle. I had a few Magic:The Gathering decks and some of the regulars played a game of EDH with me. Great place. I wish I lived in town, I would stop in frequently! read more

Went here to get my son a new board game a while ago. They have this huge wall covered in them which was very overwhelming at first. A gentleman named Aaron came over and help me pick out something new and exciting. After asking what my son was interested in and what kind of board game he wanted we settled on one. To my surprise board games aren't cheap! Aaron explained that a game of the quality we looked at was very good and had many many pieces to it, it wasn't "Sorry" with 4 pins and a board. I decided to buy the game there as he had been very honest and helpful the entire way and didn't push me at all to buy it. (I must confess that i did go home and google the game and its price online and found it to be a tiny bit cheaper. But I would always rather support my local businesses!) After discussing things with him further he told me that he is the owner of the store! I was pretty shocked that a place with what looked like several other employees had an owner that still came out and greeted customers. Overall I don't know if I'll ever need a new board game, but if i do ill come here! read more

My absolute favorite comic book store, I have been going here for years and never have I felt disrespected or disappointed. They have a very memorable knowledgeable and courteous staff, including the owner who usually helps around the shop. I never thought I would know what it was like to have a local comic shop where you go in and just hang out in an environment where nobody is really a stranger. read more
