Fairly thick crust with the outside edge a bit hard. So much sauce that the toppings slipped all over the place. The chicken bits were tasty but dried out, and not enough of them. The pepperoni was better than the last place we tried. The biggest downer was the price! It was about $32.00 for this pizza, when we usually get them from Milano's for just over $20.00!! Will look for deep discount coupons or online before ordering here again. This was for pickup. I know restaurants are struggling, and prices are going up, so we're all watching what we spend. This pizza was good enough for 4-stars, but the price is holding me back.

This location bakes their pizzas a little less well done than the Montreal Rd or Orleans one, which I kind of prefer, the other locations really brown their pizzas, lol. I got 2 personal sized Hawaiian pizzas. They were BOGO (buy one get one free) on UberEats for $10.95. They were generous with the sliced ham and pineapple (canned, not fresh, but to be expected). I omitted the sesame seeds that they usually sprinkle on the crust. One thing I really like about Red Swan Pizza is they have a number of free toppings. I didn't take advantage of any this time, but they are: green olives, garlic, cilantro, garlic and chili pepper flakes. I ordered on UberEats for pickup. Staff were pleasant and pickup was quick and easy. They have seats inside to eat, but the ambiance is "takeout pizza joint" lol. This location is located in a newer strip mall. It's near the Shell gas station and sane strip mall as Sandwich Factory and Turkish Kebab House. Lots of free parking.

Due to the pandemic only one person was allowed in store which was no problem as we were the only ones around. We were hoping to get slices or a ready made pizza to go but it was too early. Although they were busy preparing the staff was helpful and courteous. We took our freebies returned and created a good pizza with real commercial pizza dough (not as good as Willy's professionally baked one), but we enjoyed it. Thank you for being there and the gratis treat. We look forward to our next visit.

This Willy's outlet is conveniently located close to our new home. And now that we are moved in, we'll have to try all the pizza places in the new 'hood! Not a 5-star, partly because it's not a dining room per se, but they do deliver... usually! On this particular day, their driver went AWOL. And to make things worse, their payment machine was on the blink - at the very time we were coming to pick up our food! notice that we picked it up - partly because their driver was AWOL, also to speed things up anyway. Delivery would have been twice as long, and we were hungry! The pizza was tasty, in spite of Willy's troubles. Two large pizzas fed our crew, with only 4 or 5 slices left. We had a vegetarian and a meat lovers pizza. I would go back. Here's hoping the next time will be less stressful!!

It was on my to do list, to try this place out. Living in the states so long, finding amazing pizza in the land of tacos where I was, was tough. Lorenzo's nailed everything for me. Quality cheese ON TOP of the fresh ingredients! Great dough, zippy sauce, great toppings. I got a combo, great choice. But why, did I order a small??? Not enough. It's the type of pizza that reheats well. I had amazing service and when they knew it was my time in, they threw in 2 Garlic aoili sauces. I tried it but I'm just not a mayo person. I do love garlic though! The pizza to me, just didn't need a thing. Perfectly cooked. Needless to say, I'm in love with it and I've already raved about it to others. We have had Papa…read moreSam's before, but it's been a while, and we are now comparing current pizza competition in the 'hood, for price, quality, service, and to see how well they stand behind their advertising. That last point for this experience really bites! Down one full star for this experience!! We were drawn to Papa's because of local advertising, so I called. At the end of placing my order, the man who answered said, "in Kanata"... nope! We completely blanked on that - I didn't even notice the ad specifically stated Kanata, when we wanted the Stittsville location. I hadn't fully realized they had 2 locations until then! The bad experience was with the Stittsville location; they charged about $5 more for the same pizza, saying "all the prices have gone up!" Yay for you, not so much for me!! But for now, supporting local, you got me once. So this pizza was $31, taxes in. Almost double the Milano's special!! Yikes! On the upside, they did allow me to change one item at no extra (I don't like green peppers), and they threw in 2 cans of pop at no charge. Great! As for the pizza itself, we got what papa's calls XL, but to us this is the same size as Large at Milano's, so it's bigger than Domino's, and also had more of everything on it than Domino's. Papa's considers chicken to be a premium topping, so they charge more for it (we didn't get it today). I might add that Chicken is included at Milano's. So how good was the pizza? The bottom line it was ok, but not stellar. I've been looking for pizza crust that is light and airy and full of bubble-pockets, instead of too thick. That's not what we got here. However, it wasn't too thin or too thick. The pizza was covered with ingredients (waaay better than Domino's!) On the downside, I didn't love the pepperoni on it; I like it more like salami that's not too hard and chewy. This is sort of like bologna... and just about as exciting :-( Lastly, the service: ummm... leaves a bit to be desired. First of all, they don't respect advertised specials at both locations, which is really unfortunate. That will affect future purchases at Papa's either location. Secondly, the Stittsville location is in like an old house, and the sidewalks are not well shovelled. I walked past an open door that wasn't the entrance, to hear loud (Lebanese?) music blaring!! When I did get in to pick up my pie, the music was gratefully turned down, and the pie was ready. However, the fellow serving started in on the personal questions: "Do you know what your name means? Heaven!" And "I love your hair!" Geez, I love the compliments, but did not expect them!!

From a 2 to a 4 star! I was a walk in. No line. 12 min wait for the 3 ingredient special on a small. No prob as the plaza has a lot of fun places to go to. Tons of parking too. The gentleman was polite and the pizza came out hot and on time. I got the combo - pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper. SO good. This visit will have me coming back. All ingredients were fresh and I like their sauce/cheese a lot. Even better, 25 percent cheaper than the pizza I was about to order today, elsewhere. $13 plus tip. The small will feed me at least x 2 with 4 slices total.

I was hot, didn't want to make the house hotter, and so we went out. And for once, I felt like Pizza. Hubster did not say no! They have 3 or 4 tables, with a TV on that you can watch while you wait (or eat your pizza there). They said it would take about 20 minutes and they were about right. The pizza was a thick crust (which is what I prefer), with lots of cheese. We ordered pepperoni, mushrooms, and tomato. It was good. I like that the pepperoni wasn't too hot and spicy. And the pizza stayed good and warm until we got home (although I admin that we don't live far). They could have covered more of the crust with sauce and stuff, but overall it was good. Love the accompanying hot pepper and dip with our pizza One thing for me... This pizza is really yummy when fresh and one is starving but it doesn't warm up well later on or next day. Used to be a cheap pizza deal mid week. Wish they would bring that promo back!
