Many sincere thanks to Mike Anderson and Caden Hutman. The project manager Virginia was wonderful to work with as always and very easy to contact when needed. I couldn't be more pleased.

The bracket is loose and seems improperly shaped - I don't know how it ever could have worked. A bit disappointing for a company that promises "100% right or 100% free."

Don't want surprises and love a well thought out & important improvement location consideration. I didn't get a copy of the bid and have been stuck in an AI auto answer scenario. Can't get a human. Frustrated as this was who we preferred. So many companies are using AI - in answering questions and booking-without catching the ways it frustrates their customers will be the demise of some project bids. Roman's Plumbing is the most organized, client centered companies I have come across. From the…read moremoment you call "for help" to the completed job, both Roman and the Eleni will keep you, the client, in the loop about their whole process. It is very apparent that Roman's Plumbing's goal is to make sure their clients know and understand their costs, the date and time of your appointment and at the job's completion what exactly Roman did. For twenty years my Dad lived alone. He always called Roman to help with plumbing repairs. We (Dad's out of state family) knew with certainty Roman would take great care of him. And Dad loved "visiting" with Roman. In Dad's later years, when he needed a bit more explanation of the plumbing issues, Roman was kind and patient with him. When it became time to sell Dad's house, we called Roman to fix the plumbing issues called out in the home inspection report. What I appreciated is that Roman took each issue noted by the inspector and gave us as his expert opinion. There was an issue that in his opinion did not need to be addressed. As a realtor, I do know that this is often the case. I am impressed with Roman's transparency and honesty. Roman repaired the plumbing problems quickly and efficiently. Without any reservation, we highly, highly recommend Roman's Plumbing. Roman and Eleni Scanagatta are wonderful people that not only will expertly fix your plumbing problems but will enrich your life by knowing them!
