Upon entering the store there were three men standing at checkout; one being stationed behind the register while the other two faced the register. Being infatuated with bikes since the age of 2, my son eagerly browsed through the beautiful selection of bikes Powersports offers. I followed a short distance behind my son in the store and witnessed two of the three men literally turn to face my son; watching his every move including the man stationed behind the counter. Wherever my son moved; there bodies ever so slightly moved; following him around the store with their eyes. The three looked on in disgust! Never greeting nor acknowledging us. I personally chuckled at their blatant ignorance. However, this behavior is sickening and tired. I proceeded to encourage my son to speed it up and informed him, I would NEVER patronize this kind of store with my "Black Money". Shopping while any race should be a warm experience.

August 21, 2024…read more I just want to mention how much I like dealing with East Coast Cycle Center in Bensalem, Pa. I purchased a new 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Sea to Sky. It is their top of the line reverse trike. I dealt with Mike ( Sales Manager ) and had a wonderful experience, as usual. I have purchased 6 trikes from them over the years. I keep going back because of the great service and parts department. Anything I need they will have in just a few days if not in stock. I went there today and told them that the shock that holds up the drivers seat doesn't work. It keeps falling down. The service dept said they will order the part and will install it when it comes in a few days from today. That is what I consider good service and great customer relations. When I purchased the trike Mike gave me a free drivers backrest at no charge to close the deal. That's worth $359 plus installation. The backrest arrived 4 days later and they installed it immediately. A couple months later I noticed that the right front black inner fender broke off at the lower joint. They ordered the part and again it arrive a few days later. They initial charge was $277 for the labor. It might have happened as a road hazard where something hit it, but I don't know. Mike spoke to the service department and they didn't charge me anything. I will always buy from them and recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Can-Am Spyder or any other vehicle they sell. I ordered a Basher 16 Pink Power bike from Burlington County Bike Shop and was very disappointed…read morewith the condition it arrived in and the lack of follow-up afterward. The bike was shipped in a box that was not the manufacturer's original box and there was very little protection or padding inside. The box arrived with multiple holes and significant damage. There was also a note/instruction on the packaging indicating that it should be delivered even if the box was damaged. Unfortunately, the damage was not limited to the packaging. The bike itself had numerous scratches and gouges, including several areas where the paint was completely scraped away and the bare metal was exposed. This was not the condition I expected for a bike that I purchased as new. The pedals that are supposed to be included with this bike were also completely missing from the shipment. I called the shop twice after receiving the bike. The first time I explained the situation and was told someone would call me back. I did not receive a call. I called again and was once again told that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I understand that damage can occasionally happen during shipping, but the way the bike was packed, the amount of damage it arrived with, the missing pedals, and then receiving no follow-up after two phone calls made this a very frustrating experience. I would not purchase a bike for shipment from this shop again. This bike was supposed to be for my daughter's 4th birthday. I was so excited for her, but we never end up giving it to her due to how damaged it was, and the fact that the pedals were missing. I wanted to support a small bike shop, and having grown up in New Jersey, I thought, even better I get to support one from the state where I grew up. I'm so disappointed by this whole experience.
