Upon entering the store there were three men standing at checkout; one being stationed behind the register while the other two faced the register. Being infatuated with bikes since the age of 2, my son eagerly browsed through the beautiful selection of bikes Powersports offers. I followed a short distance behind my son in the store and witnessed two of the three men literally turn to face my son; watching his every move including the man stationed behind the counter. Wherever my son moved; there bodies ever so slightly moved; following him around the store with their eyes. The three looked on in disgust! Never greeting nor acknowledging us. I personally chuckled at their blatant ignorance. However, this behavior is sickening and tired. I proceeded to encourage my son to speed it up and informed him, I would NEVER patronize this kind of store with my "Black Money". Shopping while any race should be a warm experience.

August 21, 2024…read more I just want to mention how much I like dealing with East Coast Cycle Center in Bensalem, Pa. I purchased a new 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Sea to Sky. It is their top of the line reverse trike. I dealt with Mike ( Sales Manager ) and had a wonderful experience, as usual. I have purchased 6 trikes from them over the years. I keep going back because of the great service and parts department. Anything I need they will have in just a few days if not in stock. I went there today and told them that the shock that holds up the drivers seat doesn't work. It keeps falling down. The service dept said they will order the part and will install it when it comes in a few days from today. That is what I consider good service and great customer relations. When I purchased the trike Mike gave me a free drivers backrest at no charge to close the deal. That's worth $359 plus installation. The backrest arrived 4 days later and they installed it immediately. A couple months later I noticed that the right front black inner fender broke off at the lower joint. They ordered the part and again it arrive a few days later. They initial charge was $277 for the labor. It might have happened as a road hazard where something hit it, but I don't know. Mike spoke to the service department and they didn't charge me anything. I will always buy from them and recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Can-Am Spyder or any other vehicle they sell. I worked with Lucas and he made everything easy--he wasn't pushy, just answered my questions, sent extra pics when I asked, and kept me updated the whole time. The bike showed up exactly how he described it, no surprises or issues, which was the main thing I was worried about. Price felt fair compared to what I was seeing elsewhere too. I brought in my Harley to have my carburetor rebuilt, oil change, fix/replace broken cables,grips…read moreand replace a tire before I moved out of state he said I didn'tneed a tire becauseit went flat due to my rim lip was bent. I rode it for about a week and parked it because I went 70 miles on a full tank and he couldn't look at it before I left. Got to my new state and took it to a Independent Harley shop to have them just go through it. 1) carburetor wasn't rebuilt because it was actually dirty and broken. 2) oil wasn't changed because it was black. 3) rim was never bent and tire was actually bad. 4) replaced broken braided chrome with cheap black cables 5) replaced grips with what looked like cheap bicycle grips. 6) rear hub seals were bad and he had to have known because when you moved the bike after putting tire back on and tightening it up you would have heard the clicking noise. I hate to write this because he usually did good work and I always paid half up front when I dropped my bike up. On top of that I was actually the 4th bike in the shop and he had my bike for almost 3 1/2 months. Too long for not doing anything for the money I paid. It cost me $2,600 to get my bike back up and running correctly and fixing the ascetics at the new shopI went to.. Think twice before dealing with Dave.

Chi gave it a head-to-toe examination and made a prioritized list of recommendations, including costs. I agreed on the ones needed to have the car pass inspection, and Chi did a great job with those. He accommodated my schedule and there was no wasted time. He started the job at the appointed time and got it done promptly. There were no unpleasant surprises. He stuck to his estimates and did excellent work. I will be taking the car back to get the other work done soon and for all future maintenance. Chi runs a clean well-appointed shop. He's honest, up-front and personable. His prices are fair and I was impressed by how efficiently he rounded up the parts for my oddball car and the care he took to explain the repairs. I also checked out his stock of tires and he has a really smart selection at very competitive prices so I'll be buying my next set there. UPDATE: When I was ready for new tires I researched online trying to find a set with rugged sidewalls. The few models I found were not available locally or not available in the size I needed. While trying to decide between compromising what I wanted or paying extra to have tires shipped, I got an email from Chi with a recommendation that was even better than my original choices--at a great price.
