I recently purchased an old home and I knew before hand that it needed some work. I got several quotes before purchasing the house so we could use the estimates to negotiate a lower price. The other contractors basically said we had to replace most of the subfloor support beams while Miko recommended we first try and raise the parts that had sunk. This reduced the price to repair from $25,000 to $2500. After we purchased the property Miko and his crew came right as scheduled and within two days greatly improved my flooring. Miko repaired and painted a second floor deck that was incorrectly installed and badly painted by a previous contractor with the wrong paint. Miko identified the problems and proposed how to fix the problems without tearing the entire structure down at the least possible cost.
