Had a flat tire and my insurance company sent Road Warrior towing. When the driver arrived IN A TOW…read moreTRUCK he had the attitude right off that he didn't want to be there. He made excuse after excuse to try and keep from doing the job. Once we got the spare tire from under my pick up he put it on the front of my pick up, dropped the jack and the spare had very little air so was basically flat itself. No offer to assist with getting it aired down the road at the gas station, tow it to somewhere it can be fixed or anything. He dropped the jack, climbed in his truck and drove off knowing he changed a flat with a flat and was gone without a word. When I called the company I was told by the owner... not his problem, he's not paid to do anything else and at the end of the conversation I was told by the owner when I told him I would rate his business negatively, he laughed... said "go ahead" and to "fuck myself". THE OWNER! If you use this company, expect to deal with PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This wasn't the first time this company had issues. A few weeks before I had a car picked up at my residence to be towed to have repairs done. A different driver pulled in, backed up to a completely different vehicle and started to load it even though they were sent the year, make, model AND COLOR. You'd think being in a business working with vehicles, they'd know the difference between a Camry and Corolla. If not, the color difference should give it away. Just unreal!

I was at my camping locationand didn't want to drive home without fixing the problem. I called M&T Mobile Repair. Mark called back promptly and scheduled a convenient time to do my repair. Mark arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem of a broken brake unit. Mark removed the defective brake and repacked the bearings to allow me to return home safely. I highly recommend M&T Mobile Repair. The work was completed promptly and at a reasonable price. Mark was honest and pleasant to work with. Thank You TG

You don't really expect a truck stop in the middle of nowhere out here on the highway, I-77 that is, south of 70, and I guess most don't, as very few people use it for this reason. So this particular truck stop is usually pretty quiet and it's definitely more geared towards truckers than travelers, because that's who uses this road. I'm glad it's here and it helps, even though it's a chain truck stop. So all in all, this is a good truck stop in the middle of nowhere where you wouldn't really expect a truck stop.
