H & K Towing saved the day yesterday for two stranded women with two big dogs who were leaving Salt…read moreFork State Park after a camping weekend when the vehicle they were in stopped. No power steering. No power anywhere. And a serpentine belt that had come off. I contacted my AAA agent to see what they could do and after calling every local towing service they contract with and being unable to find anyone to accept my job, the AAA agent reached out to H & K Towing. A company based in the next County that was already busy with local runs due to their outstanding reputation. I was put on hold each time the agent made calls and all the other towing companies refused to take my job. For various reasons. It was around a 180 mile drive round trip. After 7 pm. H & K accepted. Not only did H & K save us and agree to drive all of us home, the driver/owner, Jim, arrived sooner than expected and it was a joy for us to ride and talk with him for an hour and a half. This is a decades old family owned company and, instead of bothering any other employee with this late, long Sunday call, Jim took the run! The truck was clean and well kept. We felt safe and secure. The service provided was fast and professional, yet with a personal "next door neighbor come to help" kind of feeling that made you thankful H & K Towing was the company to save our day. Would I recommend H & K Towing based out of Concord, Ohio? Absolutely!

That day they had a tow truck driver come get my car. The man was very polite ! Since then they called me weekly, maybe even twice a week to give me an update on my car - from letting me know it was at their shop, to informing me of the supplement and back and forth with allstate and then to letting me know they were getting started sooner than expected. When the car was almost complete the manager/owner called me to let me know how things went and how he fixed my car up to his expectations which I was happy that he cared that much to tell me how he didn't like the way the after market bumper looked so he redirected the money to have a real matching part. I went to pick up my car at only being in there 3.5 weeks and BAM they detailed it which was soooo nice. It was so much appreciated as I never have time to do stuff like that. I will highly recommend this business to everyone I know in need of car services! This company responded to clear an accident…read moreinvolving a three car pile up involving 2 tractor trailers and a dodge Durango that rear ended the second truck. The problem is that they responded with the rotator (most expensive of equipment) and they did not use it but they charged for it. Then they claimed that they had to use airbags to lift the trailer off of the durango which was jammed under the rear of the trailer. Accident photos proved this to be a flat lie. It was also discovered that they did not even own the airbags claimed "to lift the trailer off of the Durango". This is very unethical, especially for a company responding to police calls which is what this was.
