The problem is that they responded with the rotator (most expensive of equipment) and they did not use it but they charged for it. Then they claimed that they had to use airbags to lift the trailer off of the durango which was jammed under the rear of the trailer. Accident photos proved this to be a flat lie. It was also discovered that they did not even own the airbags claimed "to lift the trailer off of the Durango". This is very unethical, especially for a company responding to police calls which is what this was.
