Medicine for my son should have been ready when it was called in the day before. But the idiots…read moredidn't even start to fill it until I came through the drive through at the end of the next day and I had to wait 30 minutes!!! I miss rite aide. I hate that Walgreens took over!

Pharmacy is a JOKE! My son has gotten the same medications filled every month for almost a year…read morehere I put in the request to Refille my sons inhaler that he HAS to have every day a week before he was to run out, like I do every month for this inhaler, kept waiting and kept waiting and calling them everyday to see why it wasn't getting filled they kept blaming it on the doctors office saying it needed approval. Come to find out after speaking to the doctors office 4 days in a row The nurse at the doctors office told them over and over how to get it approved so it would go threw the insurance. Needless to say as soon as the nurse talked to them and made sure pharmacist entered it correct while on the phone the pharmacist called me to tell me they got it approved and the pharmacist kept telling me that the doctors office never once mentioned how to enter it to get it to get approved (trying to put the blame on the doctors office) and then the pharmacist proceeded to tell me she got it fixed but they was out of stock! I was understanding for 4 days cause things happen but when I find out that they was informed 3 different times on how to fix it and didn't and my son went without his inhaler for 6 days because of there LAZINESS and now we're dealing with asthma episodes because of it I will NEVER use them again and I hope someone investigates this and it doesn't happen to someone else that needs life saving medications. After I told the pharmacist that I'm switching to cvs and to transfer all of his medications to there she got very rude and nasty.

How do you adore a pharmacy? Walk into this one and you will find out…read more My father (may he rest in peace) was having all the problems that accompany age and last illness. Our hospice nurse recommended a few OTC products, and off I went! The pharmacy clerk deferred to the pharmacist, which is standard practice for non-traditional questions. He spent about 15 minutes with me asking about my dad's needs to make sure he offered the right OTC products, and that hospice would approve. So comforting. You would have thought it was his dad. Even the cashier was a sweetheart. I wish we could export some of this kindness to California.

Could not tell who the pharmacist was in the cluttered store (supposed to be wearing a white coat…read moreat all times). Once pharmacist was pointed out to me she was rude, which I had been warned about. Will NOT go back.

I went to the pharmacy today. I stopped in to pick up a prescription for my sick son. The cashier…read moretold me it was not ready yet (even though it had been sent in by the doctor a couple of hours earlier). I asked how long it would take. She said 20 minutes. My son was not feeling well so I told her I would return in 2 hours to pick it up. I returned 2 hours later again to the pick up window. I paid, and as usual was given a clipboard to sign that I was picking it up that had my son's name and the medication he had been prescribed. HIPPA anyone? She collected my money and closed the window. Several minutes passed and I see no one. I got out of the car and knocked on the window. The cashier returned. I asked what was happening. She said it wasn't ready because the medication could not be mixed until we were here. I asked her why she had not told me this on my first visit as I would have stayed then rather than drag my sick child back out, (it was the same cashier). She closed the window without an answer. I knocked again. The pharmacist...the one who is reputed to be rude...came over. I asked when it would be ready. She started yelling at me. I told her to give me my money and the prescription from the doc so I could fill it elsewhere. She told me that there was no way she was doing that and yelled at me to get back in my car. She slammed the window again. I opened the window and asked for my money. She slammed down 2 bottles of medication and a third bottle that I was unsure of and told me to take it. She then leaned out the window, and in front of my sick child she called me an ass. She proceeded to slam the window closed on her own dog and then yelled at me about that as well. When I got home I found that 2 of the bottles were mixed. The third is an unmixed bottle of antibiotics that clearly should have been mixed by the PHARMACIST and not sent with a patient. She has a reputation for being incredibly rude, but I try to support local businesses. Next time I will just go to CVS or Walgreens for sure. I am sorry if you are having a bad day, but you do not cuss out your customers and you do not do so in front of children. The reality is that her cashier made a huge mistake to begin with, and rather than acknowledge it or apologize she got aggressive.
