Purchased a 2015 Chrysler T&C , not a great deal by any stretch, Recently got a flat tire and went…read moreto look for the spare. The was none. Contacted the Service department mgr via email since I also have an ongoing issue with my 2016 Ram 1500. Its been at least two onths and not a word on either issue. Decided to look inot trading the van in and brought the tire issue to sale associate. Learned no spare was sold with the van , I was told I should have received a can of fix a flat !! 35K for a van , with a trade in value today of 18K, no spare , no fix a flat, No offer to replace either one. I should note its been almost two years but who looks for a spare until you need it ? The 1500 has a flickering headlight issue which Ram is aware of but no fix and very little communication with service. I was really close to trading the van in to them for a Jeep Cherokee as I liked the salesperson but going upside down in a loan with a company that does little to fix mistakes makes me hesitant at best.

1/5 -- Bait and Switch -- Stay Away I had an extremely…read moredisappointing experience with Dunning Motor Sales. After finding a Tahoe listed at an advertised price, I went through the process of negotiating and came to an agreement. A signed purchase agreement was sent to me reflecting that agreed-upon price -- I thought we had a deal. The very next day, I received a new signed purchase agreement with the price increased by $5,000 -- with zero explanation or justification for the change. When I pushed back and asked them to honor the original agreed-upon price, the dealership refused to move forward at the price we had already committed to in writing. This is a textbook bait and switch. A signed purchase agreement is not a suggestion -- it's a commitment. To reverse course the next day and demand thousands more is deceptive, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable. I wasted my time, my energy, and my trust on a dealership that clearly does not operate in good faith. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Dunning Motor Sales. If they'll pull this with me, they'll do it to you too. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that actually honors their word.

While paying cash and signing the paperwork I noticed a…read more$1000.0. 0 charge and told them to remove the APEX GPS, I did not have a cell phone, computer or email that was required. In good faith I did not check it at the time but later notice they did not take it off. They will not return my phone calls after calling numerous times. The vehicle was supposed to be checked over, and it was not. Windshield wipers were worn down; sides light did not work, hood sank in, tires dry rotted. I should have looked closer. They are not honest or reliable to buy any vehicle from. The salesperson called the next day to see if I got home alright. No wonder why I received that called. Will never buy from them again. Do not recommend them at all.

The Salesman filled out the credit application and told him that he was approved for financing. After 1 month and 1 payment already paid, no paperwork or anything was ever mailed, temp tags expired, and then the dealer told my son that he now needed a co-signer on his loan, or to just simply bring the track back. Being young and inexperienced in car buying, he returned the truck to the dealer, and left empty handed. He lost out on his Ram truck that he traded in, 675.00 payment, and other fees. When the dealer was asked about getting refunded for the trade in..the snickered and said, Nope, thats the way it is !

Absolute worst dealership I've ever dealt with. If I could give a 0 star I would. I'll try to make…read morethis as short as possible, BUT PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A CAR HERE. To start off, my wife and I drove over 4 hours to buy a grey 2021 Durango. We traded her car in. Her car valued at $27K. They tried to say that we agreed to put money down on top of that, but we did not. They even tried to slip it in the paperwork. The Durango was advised to have a "lifetime power train warranty" which apparently only applies IF YOU GET THE CAR SERVICED THEIR EVERY 5K miles. Obviously they didn't mention that considering we live so far away. Secondly, we when got home, the next day we noticed that the Durango was leaking transmission fluid. We decided to trade this piece of garbage back to the dealership for her old car. They agreed, and said they would trailer her car, and trailer the Durango back to OH. However, they DROVE her old car four hours to KY and DROVE the Durango back. The Durango was literally leaking Transmission fluid. Why on gods green earth would they choose to drive a car leaking Transmission fluid that far, beats me. The driver was one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. He continued to make snarky comments at my wife and implied how aggravated he was. Please...take your business elsewhere. You've been warned.

Drove 4 hours from KY to look at a used 2021 Durango RT (destroyer grey - buyer beware) with around 45,000 miles on it. Got there done a test drive other than the smoke smell (that they said wasn't in it), all looked good. After waiting for 2+ hours in the lobby we finally got called back to start the paperwork. During that process they told me that their "lifetime powertrain warranty" would only apply if I got serviced at their dealership every 5,000 miles. Keep in mind I did ask the sales-person about the warranty's still on the car, since that was a very important factor for me, and they didn't decide to disclose that information to me then. While I understand why they would want to do this, no one ever made me aware of this fact until the day of, though they were made aware that I live a long distance away and assuming they have common sense, would know that would not be an option for me, now this was a deal-breaker. They added an extended warranty and got me down to a monthly I was okay with, but when I went to sign I noticed that they added a $500 down-payment that I had never paid and did not agree to pay. I am very glad I noticed this. Red flag after red flag, why did I not just walk out? They fixed the issue and I signed, got the keys and drove home. The next day we noticed that it was leaking some kind of fluid, the trunk was coated in oil, so we got under and lo-and-behold nothing other than a transmission line leak. Called the dealership and they agreed to send me my car back on a trailer and pick the Durango back up, you-know, since the Durango was leaking transmission fluid very consistently it was probably best not to try to drive it back. Good deal, right? Bad situation made right by the dealership? Think again. Next day comes when they are supposed to pick up their car and deliver my car back and what do they arrive in? None other than my car itself. Yep. They drove MY car 250 miles and were expecting to drive the Durango back another 250 miles to their dealership. The driver, Tom, was also EXTREMELY rude and sarcastic when I asked him why my car wasn't on a trailer like it was agreed, I then told him I didn't know how the Durango was going to make it all the way back to the dealership leaking tranny fluid like it was and he then said "well that seems like my problem" with a big sarcastic grin on his face. I promptly called the manager, Greg I believe, to ask him why my car wasn't delivered as promised and he basically insinuated that they never agreed to haul my car back on a trailer, which they did, and that it was probably a problem to be discussed with the other manager that was supposed to sort this whole mess out, Ricky, who was conveniently not in. Not to mention all the calls I made where I was put on hold and promised a call back that never came. These people are rude, lying, crooks and I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
