I purchased a 2014 Jeep in December. While paying cash and signing the paperwork I noticed a $1000.0. 0 charge and told them to remove the APEX GPS, I did not have a cell phone, computer or email that was required. In good faith I did not check it at the time but later notice they did not take it off. They will not return my phone calls after calling numerous times. The vehicle was supposed to be checked over, and it was not. Windshield wipers were worn down; sides light did not work, hood sank in, tires dry rotted. I should have looked closer. They are not honest or reliable to buy any vehicle from. The salesperson called the next day to see if I got home alright. No wonder why I received that called. Will never buy from them again. My 19 year old son chose this awful place to purchase a vehicle. What a mistake that was. He traded in a very nice Ram 1500 for a GMC Denali. They gladly took the trade in. The Salesman filled out the credit application and told him that he was approved for financing. After 1 month and 1 payment already paid, no paperwork or anything was ever mailed, temp tags expired, and then the dealer told my son that he now needed a co-signer on his loan, or to just simply bring the track back. Being young and inexperienced in car buying, he returned the truck to the dealer, and left empty handed. He lost out on his Ram truck that he traded in, 675.00 payment, and other fees. Stay away! I know they are used trucks but they will not cooperate with you to resolve the issue! No communication. I bought the truck back the beginning of May and here I am September and still don't have my truck. No phone calls either. I'm not goin to rant but stay away. This place is I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 with 82k miles for $31k back in March, 10 months ago. My family, pets and I were on our way back to Connecticut so we wanted a reliable Truck. It almond broke down on our way home as the gears were not shifting.. Long story short my truck was diagnosed with a faulty transmission and has been at a local Dodge for almost 10 months. Parts were ordered in July, and expedited back in September.. Cambridge refused to give me a rental or issue me a refund even though I purchased the extended warranty. This dealership like many don't care about you. I'm out $20K, $8500 down payment, monthly payment $800, and insurance $400 monthly for the truck. I'm out roughly $100k on this deal as I had to extend my lease with Mercedes Benz, costing me $10k all together, purchase a car in October and register/insure, this cost me $5k. My fiance was in the mixed of starting his own land scaping business with a great clientele. NO TRUCK NO BUSINESS. Finally, I was told yesterday that there are several recalls on this truck, which Camtruck failed to disclose, and there's no ETA on the parts because there's no remedy for this VEHICLE. When a vehicle can't be fixed, the customer is to be reimbursement the money they're out pertaining to the truck.. I WANT MY MONEY!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! read more

Bought a truck that broke down on the way home. Manager Nick was very uncooperative and did the absolute minimum to help. Claimed that nothing could be changed since 'it had been filed with the bank', even though truck was showing 10 computer code issues. They did come and get the truck in a flatbed but Nick was extremely arrogant and confrontational- letting us know very clearly that even though we'd just signed a $30k loan, it was our problem that they sold us a complete lemon. Buy at your own risk with these people. Better yet, go somewhere else. read more
