I was informed about the wear on my tires and the condition of my windshield wipers. I was outta there within 15 minutes. All in all, excellent service except they did not remember to check the blinker fluid.

I called AAA to have my vehicle towed and they outsourced to Bills Towing. Jeremy towed me to a…read moretire shop 30 mins away from my house and when we arrived, the shop was closed. Jeremy refused to tow my vehicle back home (blamed his boss) and left me stranded in the dark and alone with my inoperable vehicle. Before Jeremy left he told me to "please lock your doors, this is not a safe area". I then had to call AAA to use my last tow for the year just to get home and my vehicle still is not being repaired at a shop. I had to file a dispute with AAA to hopefully get my tow back.
