After the huge salad course we had two types of fish: Gefilte, and salmon over tasty orzo. Then we had matzoh ball soup served piping hot (just the way I like it). For the entrée I had requested prime rib. It was a huge portion cooked to perfection exactly the way I requested with a very delicious savory sauce, creamy mashed potatoes and tasty green beans. They brought her a huge platter with beautifully grilled cauliflower steak and other tasty bites.
