A friend who lives in the area recommended this bodega, and off I went. As I was warned by friend, parking is an adventure! There's some street parking around the business. But their parking lot makes me glad I don't have an SUV because it is very, shall I say, cozy. While they do take credit cards for payment, they don't accept reservations by phone or even a digital platform for precooked orders. The service inside the store was pretty attentive, and the pork pretty generous in size (we had enough left over to freeze for another dinner) and taste. After buying it you do need to put it in the oven since it is just sold marinated. They also sell yuca, moros (black beans & rice) and other latin staples. The store background music is even a stream from a radio station from the Dominican Republic.

Like most markets on this order, don't expect the most cleanly appearance, but as far as that goes, La Madame is one of the better looking ones of its type in the area, also with a polite, helpful and considerate staff. I can only go two stars on it, but must admit that I really haven't seen many in the area of this type which are much better. Matter of fact, I can say I've certainly seen much worse.
