Most recently I've had the pleasure of savoring their Oxtail Tacos and after the first bite, I was catapulted into an indulgent journey for the palate. The layering of the taco is perfectly balanced between cheese and oxtail and the SAUCE!!! My goodness, the sauce adds another dimension of depth. This is by far one of the most memorable dishes I've had in a while and I simply can't wait to have it again, next time I will be sure to grab an order to go!

I said why not and tried their lobster roll specifically the lobstalicious garlic roll and I will say every dollar spent was worth every bite. They definitely DO NOT skimp on lobster and the seasoning is perfect. So those of you that like their lobster roll specifically a certain way well this truck nailed it. The lobster is served on a warm toast and the lobster is about room temperature it's not iced nor hot. Every bite you had several large pieces of lobster so when I say they don't believe I skimping It's just the truth. By the time I finish the 1st roll I went back for another one. The rolls are quite a good size to eat one, I got too greet and got a 2nd one which I barely could finish the second roll. Highly suggest to try them and also the team is amazing the wait isn't too long you get your roll within 15 minutes or less.

Walking closer by I realized it's not, but I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately this one doesn't quite measure up. The meat is chopped up in small pieces but lacking in flavor and freshness, whatever flavor there was mostly came from the garlic and spices. The bread also isn't toasted as good as the other food truck. The owner is very nice though, and offered us a sample of his coconut lemonade, which is delicious!

Was psyched until I saw the prices. Ok, these are expensive, they have to be off the hook good for this price! Ok, here's what happened... I paid $9 plus $2 tip for the worst Chicago dog I've ever had! Danny, where was the Poppy seed roll? How about the Sport Peppers? (hint Texas Pete peppers are in every grocery store in America.) These are the two biggest ingredients when it comes to a Chicago Dog! Was there Celery Salt? If so it was drowned under really lousy, really old relish. This shouldn't be on the menu, it's pretty much false advertising.. I basically got a small 40 cent ball park hot dog griddled, with a bunch of cheap Dollar Store condiments piled on. I felt like I was robbed of my money after I tried to eat that mess on a cheap bun. I wouldn't eat again from Danny's even if these small overpriced dogs were buy one get two free :( (On a positive note, I didn't get food poisoning from this roach coach.)

However do to their…read morelocation and always missing food truck events, I decided to follow them so that I can be in the know. Finally I saw that they were going to Pembroke Pines and put it in my phone so that I do not miss out! I was kind of disappointed. I ordered the conch fritters (balls) and the conch salad. Neither had any flavor. The conch fritters are more like conch balls and if you've ever had fried dumpling the inside is very similar. While they are big in size, it is all thick breading with few pieces of conch. Do not be fooled by their pictures on instagram. Whatever ingredient is in their batter causes them to puff up quite big and all you get is breading. The sauce that comes with it is delicious though. You need some type of sauce with that thick breading. The conch salad I was highly disappointed about. It didn't have the flavor that I was looking for. She asked if I wanted spicy or mild juice but it was nothing spicy about the juice. The juice tasted like that Real Lemon juice out of the bottle. I saw that they had it sitting in a bottle with peppers but none of that "heat" transferred to the juice. In addition to all of that, it also lacked seasoning. I don't want conch salad that I have to dress up when I get home. Despite all of these negatives, one good thing about the conch salad is the amount of conch that you get. They aren't little cubed pieces of conch either. I am talking big chunks of conch. If I ever come back again, perhaps I'll try the fried conch and hope that it is seasoned. However, I will surely continue to go to my little spot in the city down in Miami when I want conch balls and conch salad. That's what I get for being lazy and not wanting to drive.

I snacked on the salad over time. Getting up at 5 am to have some and finishing it off like 9am. The cracked conch was tender and plentiful for the price with a healthy helping of fries. I was so engulfed in the meal, I forgot the sauce that came with it. Just thinking about it is making me hungry. The conch salad was filled with conch and not just peppers and onions. Large succulent pieces not the fine chopped stuff like others. It was spiced just right spicy. I will definitely locate them when I'm craving conch. Spoke with one of the owners while there and he wanted to know if it was my first time and what my opinion was. Glad he was interested in how his customers felt.

This was extremely cheesy and a huge portion, wasn't bad, I just couldn't get into the jerk seasoning. I also had the jerk wings and fries. I should have asked for the fries separately because the bottom of my fries were soaked with the jerk sauce. The wings were smoky and well marinated. My only issue was the cinnamon or nutmeg ( I'm not sure) that I can taste. It wasn't bad, i just don't like cinnamon in jerk. And if that wasn't the ingredient, then it was something a little sweet that was throwing me off. I'm up for trying something else at this spot.
