I called at 2:42pm, didn't recognize the voice who answered, asked again if the shop is open - in English - and got yelled at for speaking English! I had brought 3 pairs of expensive shoes to this shop for adding sole protection to cover up stitches. Spent half an hour with the old man to carefully select shoe soles for each pair to match the colors and styles of each shoe. One week later when I had came to pick them up I have realized that old man messed up all selections. He has glued black soles on brown shoes and brown ones on black and for the 3rd one he has placed something else that has not been picked up by me at all. The old man won't accept any arguments from you, he will start screaming and cursing immediately, demanding that you pay and leave, because he has spent so much time working on it and for such cheap price that you should be thankful to him for the rest of your life no matter what. Conclusion: the good hands with headass combination in the old man who is running this shop aren't going to produce any satisfactory results to the customer like you. Look somewhere else or you are risking to get into the conflict.
