Gave him two pairs of sneakers for cleaning. They bc some back dirty still. He left the bottoms dirty didn't even take the scuffs out the shoe. He even painted over a stain instead of cleaning it and you can still see the stain and the paint is noticeable. I will never bring any of my sneakers here again. I live in Cali & I was recommended to use this business, first off the customer service is A1. I had the opportunity to meet Mark and he is extremely reliable, and up front and the prices were great. I have a pair of Class of 1997 Nike Air Foamposites that I purchased off EBay, and anyone who knows these shoes, they are hard to come by in my size. I shipped them out to H1, the shoes needed to be reglued & iced. Mark informed me he would do his best, he even went out of his way to try to get new soles because the right sole was in bad shape. But there was no availability. That only speaks volumes of his customer service. My items were shipped back to me and they look dope! This business has THE WORST customer service and product. Not only were my sneakers not cleaned properly but the owner argued me down and screamed at me when I asked him why he painted my GUCCI sneakers WITHOUT permission. Not to mention, when I arrived at his location I had to wait outside for an extensive amount of time because the owner left during business hours and there was no one else to operate th business. I brought some Yeezys to them that were F***ED up with dirt, bar floor juice (i know you know what I'm talking about), and it was left on the shoe for 6 MONTHS. I was about to throw them out, but decided to give a sneaker cleaning place a chance. I don't usually write a post on any service I usually get, but the job I just received from H1 Premium on my Jordan 4's and 11's was amazing. H1 is really good, and I mean really good. I honestly thought they couldn't be saved, but they really proved me wrong. I am a very picky and I also have an OCD but I can't even explain how good of a job they did. My boyfriend and I went to H1 a few months ago for his super beaten up pair of SF AF1's that are suede and nylon. We showed up in the pouring rain at 7pm on the dot, which is when they close, and they still welcomed us in and were very accommodating.
