The service was prompt; I dropped it off on a Friday before Labor Day weekend and it was ready by Wednesday, just as he had promised. Brought them a new bullet resistant vest carrier hitch needed holes made to hold a badge. It was critical that this be done correctly as any tear to he material could result in the vest carrier not helping the vest offer proper protection in stopping a bullet or knife. It may have a slight glossy patch in the repaired spot, but it can ONLY be noticed if aware of the prior damage. I was charged $25 to repair a patch on my damaged $90 bag.
