He returned the next morning and installed a new water heater hauling the old one out of a tight townhome ground floor utility room and around a hard to move sectional. I had 3 bids and these guys are the only ones who did an analysis and who recommended a boiler quite a bit smaller than what they were replacing. It was installed last fall and did an amazing job keeping the house warm over the winter, and it did better than the old one with lots more BTUs. Their price was middle of the pack but they sold me on their effort and working with me to get it done how I wanted it. Very friendly and excellent work. And we also love the new water heater.

I didn't have to rely on their say-so; the evidence was in right in front of me. They explained the issues with my old furnace and discussed options tailored to my house and needs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy an expensive new furnace; their service reps shared information and I made the decisions. The estimator discussed options and alternatives with me, giving me information to make the decision about which brand to replace my old one with. I'd booked with a different company, who texted at the last minute that they weren't going to be there on time. Not getting a new time, I reached out again to those who had responded. Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick,inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro!
