We had gotten another quote and they came in significantly under that. The installer was on time, friendly and professional. He explained in detail what he was doing as he did it and completed the entire process in about 45 minutes. And the price quote upfront was what it ended up being on the final bill. After dealing with other vendors that always seemed to be trying to upsell me, it couldn't have been a better experience.
