I phoned the sales staff to discuss the motorcycle that I was interested in seeing. I told Kyle that I would arrive the following day to look at the motorcycle. Driving nearly three hours from my home, I arrived at Seminole Powersports North around noon, and Kyle was ready for me. He had already moved the motorcycle to a shaded area where I could inspect the bike. I liked what I saw, and Kyle began processing the paperwork. Kyle was very thorough and answered all my questions without hesitation. I loaded the motorcycle into my trailer with tax, tags and title completed, and I was on my way home. My entire visit to Seminole Powersports North was complete in only 25 minutes. I was very impressed! Thanks to Kyle, I was the new owner, and very happy with my experience at Seminole Powersports North. Kyle was very organized, and when he knew what I wanted, he was very well prepared. He made my purchase experience very smooth and comfortable. I couldn't ask for better service from anyone, and I recommend that you go to see Kyle and the staff at Seminole Powersports North if you're looking for a motorcycle, watercraft or ATV. The business is clearly visible from the road, with easy access to the parking lot from any direction. The parking lot is spacious, and easily accommodates visitors pulling a trailer. The showroom is quite large, with an impressive inventory of new vehicles. The restrooms are clean and stocked for your needs while visiting. I would definitely visit this business again.

That means Champions has little incentive to deal with you. Instead of being #1...here, you're #2 ? I recently arrived at the new location to scope things out and my fears were soon realized...as I approached the entranceway, a mechanic (no helmet) pulled a full-throttle burnout (at the entrance!) on a VTX1300 in a cloud of smoke and howling tire haze...on his way back to the shop area...Nice - BONEHEAD! Angie, who turns out to be the owner, introduced herself and asked if I wanted to sit on the bike I was drooling over. I laughed, and said I needed lessons before I took home a V-Max. She was very enthusiastic, gave me some information, and answered all of my questions. I went home and looked around, and found their prices to be very competitive. I emailed Angie that night and made an appointment for their next available class. I took a Weds/Thurs 16hr course with an instructor named Pam. It was great to be one of only three students! The classroom portion was fun and helpful, but of course, I was there to ride! Pam was great in the classroom, but is a master of the riding course. Her explanations were easy to understand, and her coaching was detailed and motivating. It was cool to see how the tips she gave translated into actual improvements in my abilities. She was training two coach candidates who helped with course setup and assisted with the exercises. They were encouraging, but deferred to Pam for coaching and criticism, which I found to be very professional. I would highly recommend Pam's course to anyone wanting to learn to ride a motorcycle, trike, or scooter. I should also mention that this is a full service shop. They sell new and used bikes and accessories. They have a repair shop including a "bike ambulance" for those of us without trailers. There was a guy under an awning detailing a dresser, and another guy set up with your typical "bike week booth" assortment of accessories. Everyone I talked to was friendly, and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I am definitely looking forward to doing business with them for any of my biking needs!

OK, We purchased (2) units for over $4000.00 and paid in full. We were told it should take about a week, but we also had a hurricane hit the higher Florida region so we figured maybe a couple more days. After the week and a couple days we called the company and I did not get an email back. I found this site and after reading some of the many "issues" people had I began to think I may be another in the making. I made two mre emails, both very direct, with intentions to cancle the order via our charge card. Hillary, whom I never met came back and told my wife that they will be shipped that or the next day and she will then send us a confirmation, we both agreed for a total of 3 more days. The third day Hillary emailed us the confirmation, and then followed up with a phone call. I felt 100% better! Problem today is we are being scammed on almost every level and we have lost trust in those abroad and more sadly those domestic. Our motorcycles arrived yesterday as promised in crates as I opted to build them being in the industry prior. Hillary told me that the trucking company failed to pick them up from the distributor, and that she had broke her arm when I had sent to emails and was in the hospital. Of course I felt bad for the direct emails, but again after reading all of the negatives prompted this, in my case it was just wrong timing. I hope in other cases that left bad reviews that your reviews are honest and that you allowed time for the issues to be evaluated and corrected in a timely mannor. I know for a fact how difficult it is not only to deal with these importers today both with shipping but also with the companies who import them, who at times pick and choose who gets shipped first. I am only leaving 4 stars instead of 5 not to hold anything against the company but to be fair to them and all who wrote here. I have been to thier company, it is for real, they have a nice building and a showroom with several cycles on display and accessories. They may not have what you want in stock like in my case, but they did give me a discounted price and they did have them shipped direct to my home, I live about 100 miles from them, and now I have a place where I can feel comfortable to do business with again. Thank you, Tina and Hillary Sinceerly, Pam and Tony Castronovo
