We like to prep patties of the product in a skillet on medium low and usually fry each side and then flip a final time for extra crispy firmness. I typically keep a lid on the skillet slightly ajar to allow steam to escape, but reduce any potential popping issues. Great flavor and value and will continue searching for local retailers for the convenience.

The Country Meat Co. has only been at Findlay Market since 2018, (when new owners took the reins) but has been family-owned and run since 1965. They also sell smoked meats, and ready-to-cook seasoned meats. If you're in a hurry, they have some pantry items too, cornbread mix, breadcrumbs, seasonings, etc. Directly across from them is a vendor that sells already-made vegetable salads and side dishes, so it's easy to grab a whole meal.
