He took it a part and explained what he saw and made the repair I needed. As he was a repairing the cord, I asked about the brakes on my cart. He explained it thoroughly as to what I could try. Bought during off season in November 2022 and delivered to us April 2023 with a limited 90 day warranty. when we purchased we were told it was an originally older golf cart but every part was brand new. First issue we encountered was the parking brake stopped working. we drove it to their ocean view location to be repaired we. back to pick up was never fixed grinder it down still didn't work said well we will have to order it. second issue now out of warranty is suddenly there was no power errotted piece that was told by a friend takes years for this occur so the wires came undone to run battery to motor. next issue to occur the headlights stopped working the piece broke off and missing unable to determine if that was from west and tear or or became lose and fell off well now the ignition where the key goes in is completely loose that you are unable to turn it on without holding the ignition in place from behind. i have sent emails to their private email and facebook account without no response. i would highly recommend not doing business with this company. they lie and defraud you even though they seem sweet and are a family owned business. we are not experienced and don't know anything about golf carts so an inspection prior wasn't done. just be careful as they def did not hold their word to what they sold us!

I questioned if it was the tire or the rim so they ordered one to have on hand. Cart went into Winter storage and then was delivered a few weeks ago with a flat tire. They had to turn right around and take it back. I assumed they just put air in the tire because it went flat again over the weekend. When I called to have it repaired, which i assumed would be to have the rim replaced, I was told they do have a rim and they are on back order with no idea when they would arrive. No other options were given and basically a didn't seem concerned or care.
