    I accompanied my husband to pick up a golf cart from Tigon Golf Carts, and what should have been an…read moreexciting day turned into one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've witnessed. We arrived for a scheduled pickup and expected to sign paperwork and head home. Instead, we spent hours waiting while employees tried to sort out financing paperwork that apparently had never been submitted. Throughout the day, new fees continued to appear, paperwork had to be redone multiple times, and nobody seemed able to provide a clear explanation of the charges or what was happening. What surprised me most was the lack of communication. Different employees gave different answers, and it felt like nobody was on the same page. We watched phone call after phone call being made just to get basic questions answered. As customers, we were left sitting and waiting while trying to understand why the numbers kept changing. The most disappointing part was seeing how much time and effort my husband put into this purchase over the course of a week, only to leave empty-handed after spending hours at the dealership. Mistakes happen in any business, but professionalism, communication, and accountability are what make the difference. Unfortunately, those were the things that seemed to be missing throughout this entire experience. I hope Tigon takes a serious look at its sales process and employee training because no family should spend an entire day dealing with this level of confusion and frustration.
