They had to turn right around and take it back. I assumed they just put air in the tire because it went flat again over the weekend. When I called to have it repaired, which i assumed would be to have the rim replaced, I was told they do have a rim and they are on back order with no idea when they would arrive. No other options were given and basically a didn't seem concerned or care. Purchased a golf cart from them on 7/14. 3 weeks later the charger quits working and is dead. Called them on a Saturday 8/8 said to bring it back to replace it. Now they say we probably left it out in the rain and broke it and won't replace it. Said we are lying and that's what everyone does when chargers break. Just a head up if anyone is looking to purchase from them.
