They had to turn right around and take it back. I assumed they just put air in the tire because it went flat again over the weekend. When I called to have it repaired, which i assumed would be to have the rim replaced, I was told they do have a rim and they are on back order with no idea when they would arrive. No other options were given and basically a didn't seem concerned or care. So all we had to do was grab our beach bags and head to the beach. Every morning, without fail, we received a photo of our set up, it was great!
