Josh was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and provided a reasonable quote. Not only did we need a new driveway but we also decided on replacing the sidewalk and adding a back yard patio. Juan, the owner and his entire crew were so friendly and professional and really take pride in their work. October 28,2024 was tear out day and November 1, 2024 was pouring the concrete day. Everything went as scheduled and looks really great and definitely added value and curb appeal to our home. We can't wait to get back out there and fill in the surrounding areas with dirt and grass seed and finally get to use our stored patio furnishings. If you need concrete work PLEASE give them a call and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. UPDATED 11/17/2024 two weeks after my initial review. I emailed Juan the owner of 4WAY cement twice now since pouring our driveway on 11/1/2024 regarding the concrete sealer. He said he was going to seal the new driveway on Tuesday 11/5/2024 and both my emails have gone unanswered and the driveway still not sealed as of 11/17/2024. I may be dropping a star or two if our driveway isn't sealed by month's end. Stay tuned!

I needed to cure my…read moreproblems with water getting into the basement and into the detached garage from under the overhead door. Upon getting the job he promised to take care of a minor aluminum and vinyl siding repair. When the job was completed he said he was unable to do anything with the repairs. He cut corners every way that he could. He was supposed to use rebar in the driveway. I came by when concrete was being poured. I saw about 10-12 pieces of rebar, immediately he says "don't worry, I have more rebar coming". They were actively pouring concrete, nobody is going to wait around on rebar, it is safe to say he never used the proper amount for the job. When concrete was poured at the side door, it was never poured right up to the house and expansion paper. When I inspected it the next day, there was a 1/2 inch gap that was about 8 inches long between the concrete and the house that needed to be sealed up. I called Issac, he was going to come by and seal it up but never did. After multiple calls and waiting a few weeks I ended up filling the gap with backer rod and using calking cement to seal it up. The driveway originally slopes towards the garage, Issac was to slope and direct water away from the garage and assured me his method would work. It did not, several months later I noticed during heavy rain the water was still getting into the garage from under the overhead door. So that problem was the exact same and not resolved. I was overcharged for the job. The first slab of concrete near the sidewalk was not replaced but I was charged for it. I was able to get him to refund $448. Now, 2 yrs later, I have water getting into the basement again. I called him to see if he would come out to check the slope on the driveway and possibly seal that up, of course he said he would but never came. He doesn't want to be bothered so he doesn't answer the phone after that first call. His work quality is poor, he cuts corners, he does not stand behind his work, he is not honest up front about what he is going to do to give you a good job. Stay away from this guy!

After waterproofing didn't help, we contacted Manu at Grow Earth to see if leveling the yard would help with the problem. He came out to survey and gave suggestions and started to plan. Our project was delayed due to city work on our block but the team at Grow Earth was able to come out right before the first snow and get things squared away. They were quick, respectful of our property, and cleaned as they went. Manu kept us informed of the progress and checked in to see if we had questions or concerns. The completed backyard is beautiful work and we have had no water problems since the install. They were reasonably priced, professional and easy to work with. We were treated like family and were given honest advice. We are so pleased with the outcome and highly recommended them for your landscaping needs.

They were able to quote very quickly, and since our back yard was unusable (all dirt!) after another construction project, they fit us in quickly so we could get back to enjoying the results. The project hit a few hiccups - namely a massive buried tree stump and the need to lay some drainage after discovering water pooling - but Manu and his team were able to accommodate and adjust to keep things moving. Finally, the end result looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier with it!

I was getting water in my house/ceiling and they identified that as the problem. My chimney had eroded because I had gotten a new high efficiency furnace and the company did not install a chimney liner. Art of Stone did an amazing job, the result was a beautiful looking chimney and a new cap on top. I've had zero problems with water since then. He was very thorough in tracing the gas lines through the property to ensure there were no leaks anywhere, and getting gas restored to the fireplace. He also showed me where there were cracks on the fireplace refectory panels, and sealed them to prevent damage. His crew even vacuumed the gas logs so we weren't burning off dust when we lit the fire. Very highly recommend. We hope to use them in the spring to rebuild our chimney.
