Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all. It took me 35 minutes today because of the long line of vehicles, in a non-freezing day, wanting to wash all the salt and snow off. The wash is easy to use, you pay by credit card or cash, drive in, get your wash, then drive out to a loud blower, and can then wipe or vacuum at their drying bays. I've been using this car wash for many years and have not had trouble at all. I'm giving them 3 stars for getting the job done.
