I can't say enough nice things about Mike and his shop, but I'll give it a try. He created a custom boat cover for my Four Winns 20' boat. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me through the estimate while explaining exactly what he would do. The quote was more than fair and the time required was well within my schedule. The final product was far beyond what I had expected. The quality material, attention to fit, ease of installation and extra material used at pressure points was nothing short of amazing. The job was finished early and on budget. Mike was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and made sure I was happy with the job. Since there was time left in my original schedule I asked Mike if he was able to replace my boat carpeting. He took a look, gave me a quote and finished the job in record time. I picked up my boat with the new carpet and the new cover and drove home with a huge smile on my face. I've had the boat out a few times since Mike completed the cover and it has performed beyond my expectations. The cover stays tight even at freeway speeds. It's easy to install and remove, and it looks very classy. The snap in carpet is perfect! The color is mixed rather than the original single color and I really like it. The piping on the edges, the borders, the seams, all elements of the carpet are better than the original carpet. Thank you Mike for such a pleasant, affordable and custom experience. I will be brining my Suzuki Samurai in for a new interior very soon.

I contacted Mike based on his great ratings on Yelp. I wanted a new heavy duty custom boat cover made for my 18' outboard Glastron. He did such a great job on the cover that I then had him completely re-upholster my boat. It looks great ! In addition to all of the seats Mike's people also did the dash panels and recovered the side rails and the seat bases. I am very pleased with the work. Now there was a problem with one of the seats, but Mike very quickly took care of it, no hassle no problem. I was so pleased that I went back later and had a set of seat covers put on my new Tundra. I love them !Thank you Mike !

Repaired Sun Visor

If I could I would give 6 stars! Took my truck in to fix the headliner (it was a mess) and they made it look brand new!! Super delighted with how it came out! The attention to detail really sold me on the kind of service they offer! They care about their work and their customers! Best price in town! Don't bother taking your car to any other place for your upholstery needs! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Mike and his staff did the upholstery including seats, carpeting, kick panels, arm rests and convertible top boot cover on my 1951 Willys Jeepster. Great work and quick turnaround.

Had Mike make a Sunbrella cover for our Cobalt boat and couldn't be happier. Mike was able to complete the cover in less than a week so that we could get in back in time for the Fourth. His price was competitive with others and the quality is amazing! He reinforced all areas where cleats or corners hit and made special cut outs for our tower. We also had he make tower speaker covers and he included a cover for our spare trailer tire. Would highly recommend Mike!

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.
