Sadly I did not have such a great experience there today. My car was towed there after an accident, and while they're not my usual body shop I was going to give them a try. Until I was told by the, very rude and unhelpful receptionist and another gentleman, that my towing bill was almost $300. The car was towed about 5 miles at 6pm on a weekday. When I asked why it was so expensive, towing and 2 days of storage, I was shown a sheet from SC HWY parol showing the max allowable charges for towing and was told they were required to charge that price. I explained that max allowable meant they couldn't charge more. I asked if they could submit the claim to insurance, as I was told they were a preferred service provider for my ins company. I was told no, and that I couldn't move my car until that bill was paid by me. My car was still on the town truck and was unlocked and a door was left partially open. Needless to say, I paid the bill and left because of the rude and terrible customer service. When I asked where Mike was, who's name is in the business card, I was told he wouldn't be back until April. As a small business owner I try my best to be understanding and work with small business as much as possible. Sadly I believe that whomever Mike has left his business to be taken care of with is going to drive away his business. read more
