Polished and Professional! We recently purchased a vehicle…read morethrough Raul and the experience was fantastic. He was straightforward and made us feel completely comfortable, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealers we visited. We knew exactly what we were looking for when we walked in, and they had a 'Sold' sign on the car for us in less than 30 minutes. The process moved quickly without the typical back-and-forth games we experienced at larger franchised dealerships in the area. We are so glad we found Raul--they have definitely earned our repeat business. Plus their service department is very efficient. We received three free oil changes and tire rotations were a great added bonus!

On October 17, 2025, I saw a 2014 BMW M5 listed on CarGurus for $27,664, and I even received a…read moreconfirmation email showing that same price. Drove over an hour to go see this car. When I arrived at the dealership, the window sticker said $35,000, and I was told the online price was "with a trade-in." I spoke with the sales manager about the price difference, and he told me "CarGurus makes the prices." That's completely false. I work at a dealer/repair shop, and I know the dealer controls its own pricing, not CarGurus. According to CarGurus' own Dealer Pricing Policy, dealers are required to list the full cash price available to any buyer, and prices cannot be conditional on a trade-in, down payment, or special financing. CarGurus also clearly states in their Terms of Use that they do not set or control dealer pricing, the dealer provides the numbers. Within just a few hours of my visit, the listing price on CarGurus changed to $30,988. That's deceptive. This kind of pricing behavior is dishonest and it's illegal. Under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93A - the Consumer Protection Act, it's unlawful for a business to use false, deceptive, or misleading advertising to bait customers with one price and then raise it later. That's called bait-and-switch advertising, and it's a direct violation of consumer law. Buyers beware: if a dealer lies about pricing, imagine what happens once you're signing papers. Transparency and honesty should be the bare minimum when you're spending tens of thousands of dollars.

This will be a long story, but if you want to know whether to purchase a vehicle here, read it, and…read morethen please, please choose a more professional, reputable, capable, honest dealership that will stay true to your warranty and take care of you. Financed my first car here, the guys did a pretty bad job of explaining exactly what I was getting into, but that was the least of my concerns. Got scammed into purchasing a vehicle for several thousand dollars over it's kbb value, only to have the vehicle depreciate 5000$ in 2 years from 7,000$ to 2,000$, wasn't worth the initial price anyway. Upon buying the car I asked them to replace the battery and repair some damage that the previous owner had done to the car (Broken wheel well and front right bumper clips). These were to be done as a condition of me purchasing the vehicle. I also voiced my concern over a recall on the pistons in the vehicle (Ze7 Recall for Toyota motors where the pistons cause extreme oil burn and consumption) and whether or not the service had been done to repair the faulty pistons. They didn't know if the service had been done, they don't keep up with the recalls on their vehicles. Then when I told them I suspected the service was not done because I had clear symptoms, they demanded I have a bigger dealership test it before they would ever even think about working on it. Despite scamming me into a useless drivetrain warranty that covered none of my problems other than this recall, which they refused to service or even test for. They never replaced the battery as a condition of the purchase, They also never fixed the damage before I picked the car up, and due to my distance it took me months to get back to them to have it done. I go to all of the effort to drive the car hours back to their dealership, (After they were supposed to fix it before I picked up the vehicle upon purchase, and were unreasonably angry about the time I would arrive despite them being open) they had me leave for an hour while they DRILLED A SINGLE BOLT into my fender, IGNORED the shattered wheel well they promised to replace, and left the front bumper Hanging with broken clips off the edge of the vehicle. I didn't even bother asking about the battery, because I realized the kind of people I had purchased a vehicle from. Fast forward four months, the piston rings they didn't fix under the warranty I PAID FOR because I didn't have a SEPERATE DEALERSHIP confirm the issue finally caught up with me, clogged my evap canister, ruined my downstream O2 sensor, and created so much backpressure that it snapped what integrity remained of the rusted exhaust they told me nothing about. Now the vehicle is borderline useless, worthless, and requires someone to remove the engine, replace the pistons, replace the exhaust, replace the O2 Sensor, replace the Evap Canister, PROPERLY repair the front right quarter, and replace the front quarter wheel well. Which all in all would cost over double what the vehicle is worth now. I called them, despite everything that they had or hadn't done, to see one last time if they would honor their warranty and repair the issue that should have been fixed over a year prior, well, it turns out the warranty is expired. Not only that, they don't remember who I am, my name, my cosigners name, my vehicle, my purchase, and on top of all of that I can tell when I'm trying to explain to the salesman that he can't find seem to even find a record of my purchase. Probably because the day the warranty ran out, they threw out everything related to me. I tried to explain what had happened and how it happened to the salesman, hoping they would actually provide some support for once, and all I got was dry justifications, and claims that I had purchased a great car and the car did a great job. Well no, sir. I purchased a car valued at 4,500$ for over 7,700$, that had a accident damage that was never fixed as promised. An old battery I had to get a replacement for when it was never replace as promised. An active recall that you never researched, or serviced, that caused catastrophic emissions failure and oil consumption. All in all, I purchased a vehicle and a warranty for close to 10,000$ that lasted 2 years before being completely destroyed by your ineptitude. All of this because the most this dealer could do for me after I gave them my business, was lie to me about things they would do as a condition of me buying the vehicle, sell me a ticking time bomb without ever researching their vehicles recalls or servicing them, and then refuse to honor their warranty that I purchased by unreasonably requiring me to find and pay a dealership to test my vehicle for them. I don't know what the rest of these reviews are saying, or who was hired to write them or got lucky or what. But stay away from this place. The moment the money hits their bank account they hate you and want nothing to do with you or anything related to you or your purchase.
