DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole buying process was off from the start, and I should have just left but ironically the one good thing was the vehicle. First the sales guy I had was decent, he got the truck for me quick. Put plates on it, let me drive it, left me alone to inspect it. Then came the finance guy, financing was no issue. although my experience by now started to get interrupted by other customers coming in complaining. I suppose the next part is my fault so I got over it, but the finance guy signed me up for an aftermarket warranty without any mention of it. No mention of cost, coverages, nothing. When I received the contract (three weeks later) it had a forged copy of my signature. I go to cancel the contract and the process to do so involves the dealer canceling the contract? a complete scam on both parts. I was able to get this worked out with the contract company but now i see why he didn't mention it at all to me. Now came the title and registration part. Apparently they dont even own the vehicles they sell. So after one week of avoiding phone calls, never returning any calls or emails. Even having the finance guy hang up on me. I finally get them to admit they dont have a title but i already had the truck and had been driving it for a week. The best idea they had is to forge another bill of sale with a new date so that way im not illegaly driving it. I appreciate the effort but if they were just up front in the first place then it wouldn't have been an issue. Not one time did they return my calls. I called them daily to check on progress of registering my truck and always got the run around. The finance guy answered the phone multiple times and hung up on me at least three. My son bought a Jeep at this dealership, with extended insurance. The part of the sale went well, but the car had some problems afterwards. The sales employee said I should contact the garage manager Jorge. I explained my problem to him, and he was totally ignorant with me and not understanding at all. He said he was too busy to attend to me and that I should look for another workshop, even though my extended insurance should be handled at their garage. I went in person to speak with him, and he was completely disrespectful to me and my son, speaking loudly and rudely, and even used some swear words. This should not be how a person who bought a car from them is treated. If you are looking for a dealership to buy a car from, do not buy from them, as you will be completely unsupported with your insurance. read more

Communication from day 1 has been absolutely terrible, however I worked past it because I thought maybe they are just really busy right? A dealership with decent people, ya know why wouldn't it be busy right? NOPE. I purchased a 2019 BMW x4 M model back in November 24 and since driving the vehicle off the lot, it has been one thing after another and since they can't do the right thing then I am making sure others know before trusting a business like this to buy a car. My car has leaked coolant the entire time I have had possession of it. I reached out and waited WEEKS AND MONTHS to even be able to bring it back, brought it back, hell they even "fixed" the issue but yet they haven't and I am still having the same issue. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars filling coolant every other day just to ensure my motor doesn't get damaged from lack of coolant due to a consistent leak that TOP QUALITY AUTO SALES failed to take care of. Now they expect me to dish out hundreds of more dollars to pay for them to fix it. Absolutely not. They took weeks, months to get back to me each time despite us reaching out CONSISTENTLY. And because of their lack of urgency with the matter now that its "worse" its the customers fault? No. This is how this establishment operates and I can only imagine how many others have similar issues considering their bay at the shop is consistently full. What's also crazy is they will tell you "well your vehicle passed inspection"... oh you mean the other establishment that is also not honest and taped my license plate to the front of my car and rolled down my tinted windows to pass. Again, things that came with the car!!! (i.e missing license plate, tint that doesn't pass inspection) BE AWARE and please look for better establishments. This establishment is NOT where you want to go for a reliable car, and honest people who do the right thing!!! Oh, one more thing.... How many establishments tell you to lie to your bank about down-payments and when you do or don't have possession of your vehicle when first financing it? Yeah, not an honest one I can tell you that. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!! I drove from Cape Cod and they knew I was coming to buy a vehicle after negotiating on the phone. When I got there the truck was running already. red flag right away. Then there was a guy taking it for a test drive and was going to make me wait. The truck was sitting for 5 months and all of the sudden in one hour time while I was on the way there was a new buyer.My wife took off work early to drive there over an hour. They were a bunch of crooks and scam artists. we drove away and saved $25k cash I was about to give them. I am fuming right now, but I'm sure I saved myself a lot of heart ache. If I could give these guys less than one star I would. I bought my car from them a little over a year ago and have never regretted a decision more in my life. Not only did they delay the pick up process by WEEKS and mess up my registration paperwork, but when I arrive to pick up my car the exterior was filthy and the gas tank was on E. Absolutely bottom tier customer service through every conversation. Fast forward to this week, I'm switching my registration to another state and called them for assistance with an RMV paperwork request. Jason claimed it would be easy for them to draw up what I was looking for and I would hear from them before the end of the week. Two full weeks and multiple unanswered messages have gone by, and I'm still stuck at a standstill with the RMV. The owner is rude and their employees don't care to help any customers they're not making a commission on. Keep your money as far away from these con artists as possible. read more

My son bought a car here. Car was not ready when told. He went to pick up car and they said it wasn't ready that there was a light on and they were checking it out. That should've been a red flag for us. We had already brought back our rental and then ended up with no car because it wasn't ready. Finally picked up car a few days later. Went back a few days later for the plugs for the registration plate (little plastic plugs that only fit bmw ($3) and he couldn't provide them for us so we had to order them online before we could put the plate on. They have plenty of BMW's on the lot and they couldn't provide this for us? Then this week (after 30 day warranty), the engine light went on. Found out the computer needs to be replaced ($2,400) and also found out brakes need to be replaced as well. We are hoping thats it. They definitely took advantage of a young adult buying a car. Don't buy from them unless you get your car checked before the 30 days are up. read more
