In March of 2015 I suffered a severe fracture of my Tibia Plateau. Emergency surgery, a 5 inch plate and 5 screws later I found myself on my back for 4 months doing PT and trying to build back strength and flexibility as I could. Being an extremely active young man I spent serious time researching different forms of therapy to ensure that when I was ready, I would be committing my time and energy in the best way possible to a full recovery. Dr. Michael Snyder positively influenced me to take an all encompassing approach to my rehab. From helping me keep track of my progress, teaching me new unique exercises to strengthen my atrophied lower body, X Rays, adjustments, deep tissue, active release therapy, and lazer therapy, his practice and dedication to his patients is one of the main reasons I am able to enjoy the activities I participate in today. Dr. Snyder put more emphasis on my entire body's health and wellness as the end game in my healing process than any Dr. or Therapist I work with. Custom care. People's injuries and conditions are different and I have learned that there isn't one fix for all that ails me. Snyder Chiropractic and Wellness has opened my eyes to treatments I was unaware of and am now completely committed to. Aside from feeling like myself again, I appreciate working with Dr. Snyder because he teaches you why these things work and how to take care of yourself so you can reap the full benefits of your efforts. Thank you Dr. Michael Snyder! Lazer Therapy is the truth. read more

Dr. Mike Snyder was my Angel during an unexpected-later in life pregnancy- while God was blessing me with a Son - Oh I did not think about how my body was going to hold up for the next year, so about a month in to my pregnancy I realized (42yr.-yep) that my body was gaining on me and this was going to continue to happen and already having serious back issues as well as my feet -stemming from repetitious sitting daily for 20 years at work I was going to be in trouble ! This is when I decided to call Dr. Mike -without hesitation he got me in and I saw him once maybe twice a month for the next nine months+ At -43 my son was born without one complication- and I never had a concern of back pain & really didn't slow down a whole lot- I was able to continue my daily routine & I did low impact workouts and mostly walking I' felt extremely fortunate and well cared for - which was critical for myself to keep positive thinking - this was thanks to Dr. Mike Snyder & his chiropractic care & our Lord above! Drake is now 9yr. old , he and I weigh the same and b4 next summer he will be my height - sometimes life throws us a curve ball -& you never know how truly wonderful they can work out- in this world so Just GO FOR IT- and all things will fall into place if you let them read more

I've been to quite a few chiropractors and Dr. Snyder stands out for one very big reason: he is trustworthy. Most chiropractors are like used car salesmen meets auto mechanic meets Al Gore; they will use any doomsday speech or tactics to get you on some sort of 3 day a week for forever sort of plan in order to extract maximum dollars out of you. The other nonsense they pull is the whole spiritual wellness quantum physics voodoo. As if positive energy could help T4 magically go back where it is supposed to be. Dr. Snyder doesn't pull this crap, but gives good solid care. I was so jacked up one time, he had me come into his home on his day off--he's a good dude. Dr. Snyder shows you exactly what's messed up (with you) on an x-ray then gets down to business. He doesn't try to treat non-problem areas, but focuses on the areas that are shown to be out of whack on the x-ray. He doesn't rely on a ton of fancy useless machines that simulate care. He also doesn't just give you a light little shove in the back and expect your good. He's a guy that gets to know you and makes sure you are happy. I haven't been in to see him (or any other chiropractor) in 2 years cause I am doing so much better. Hope he doesn't think that I went somewhere else :) read more

Dr. Mike is great! I went to him because he uses the Gonstead technique to heal. It's gentler and, even more importantly, it works! After one visit for my neck pain, I felt so much better and went back once more 3 months later and haven't had to be adjusted since, and that was 7 months ago. He took an X-ray and determined the exact spot to treat, and it worked! He's got a great bedside manner too. He texted me the next day after my initial visit to see how I was feeling. What a nice guy! I would recommend him to anyone in need of a chiropractor. And I would only recommend a Gonstead chiropractor because it's the only method that truly worked for me. After going to chiropractors for years and getting the same treatment every time week after week, month after month and getting no permanent relief, I discovered Gonstead chiropractic and would only recommend a doctor that uses this technique. read more

I have had on going back and neck pain for several years now but was recently ignited by a ski accident. I was in constant pain and experiencing extreme pressure in my neck and lower back constantly I went to Dr. Snyder on recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed! He immediately ordered X-rays to see what he was dealing with and quickly saw that I had both back and neck disc issues. I immediately experienced relief after just one adjustment and massage session and with continued treatments experienced full relief after just a few months. I finally have full range of motion back in my neck. He also helped me correct my daily (bad) habits with posture which also helped my treatments last longer. I was extremely happy with my treatments, the staff and Dr. Snyders kind and personal treatments! I would not hesitate again to see Dr. Snyder. read more

Dr. Snyder is THE BEST! I suffered a debilitating surf injury and was terrified to even move my neck or right arm. The random shooting pain in my back put me into tears. I called his office from the beach and he was able to see me within an hour! I was astonished and grateful. His office is very conveniently located, easy to find and there is ample parking. His receptionist was very kind and professional. I filled out some forms and waited less than five min. He was able to pinpoint the pain immediately and gave me an adjustment and diagnostic. I felt tons better! I cannot recommend him enough! Now a week or so later I am back surfing and completely fine- zero pain. Thank you Dr. Snyder and staff! If you need chiropractic care for chronic or emergent pain he is definitely your guy! read more

I was involved in a rear end automobile accident and decided to see Dr. Snyder for my treatment. He was awesome! He was able to tailor my treatment each week to address any issues I was having versus following a typical treatment plan that I had expected. Going above and beyond, he also taught me a series of stretches and exercises to prevent further injury and to address any flare ups that may occur. All the while, Dr. Snyder was friendly, professional, attentive, and focused on result driven treatment. I am now back to 100% and accredit Dr. Snyder for that. I would highly recommend him to friends and family for any automobile or athletic related injuries. read more

I took my daughter (17 years old) to see Dr. Mike on a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad we went to see him. She is a drummer and had been suffering for a while with pain in her wrist and arm. She received excellent treatment from Dr. Mike . He was so thorough with her and really listened to her regarding where her pain was - at every session. Really a caring, thorough Doctor. Very knowledgable and knows what he is doing ! Her pain is pretty much gone and he has given her a good plan to slowly start drumming again, and a regiment to start restrengthening her wrists. I would highly recommend Dr. Mike. We had a great experience ! Thank you Dr Mike !! read more

I have had the pleasure of treating with Dr. Mike Snyder for several years. I have Scoliosis in my Thoracic spine and Dr. Snyder's adjustments have helped my pain tremendously. Dr. Snyder also did laser therapy and deep tissue massage on my jaw for my TMJ. Before his laser treatments, it was painful to chew. I had to stick to a liquid diet for several days. The day after having laser therapy, I was able to move my jaw pain free. Dr. Snyder is a savior, I would highly recommend him to anyone who suffers from pain. Thanks to Dr. Snyder's treatments and teaching me proper body mechanic techniques, I have not had a flair up for several months. Thank you!!!!!!!!! read more

Dr. Snyder helped me get back on my feet! I am a dancer/musical theater performer on a Broadway National Tour, I suffered a bad ankle injury that took me out for 5 weeks. I saw Dr.Snyder 2-3 a week, his treatments of laser therapy, massage, and chiropractic helped my healing process tremendously. I saw definite improvements, continuously getting better. His treatments helped the swelling to go down and bring movement back into my joint. I'm now back on the road performing 8 shows a week! If I could I would go see Dr.Snyder whenever I start to feel pain coming on, I highly recommend his treatments. read more

Dr Michael Snyder is extremely skilled in his understanding of your back and spine. I have scoliosis and when I first started coming to him my posture was crooked and I was in a lot of pain. We started with 3 visits the first week and I was really happy with the progress I was making...my pain level went from an 8 to a 5. After two more weeks of treatment I had my first completely pain-free day in decades and my posture had returned to normal!!! I will continue with ongoing treatment as job inflicted flare ups will happen but I'm so grateful to know he's got the "Midas touch" on adjustments. read more

First time I went to Dr. Snyder, I was having severe pain when I turned and had no idea on how to get rid of it as I had tried everything. I went to his practice and he fixed me up in one visit but he also educated me on what to do and how to go about it and that made all the difference. The second time I went to him for another problem, I went through the same procedure, same drill. He is very professional, and very friendly. Overall I would recommend him to any friend and in fact, he was recommended by one of my dad's friends! read more

I work from home and I had Dr. Mike come to my residence to do an ergonomic assessment on my workstation. He gave me some suggestions that I think will reduce the strain of working on a computer all day long. He also gave me some good suggestions on how to deal with the forearm tendinitis that was caused from years of computer use. Dr. Mike is very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all my questions. He also stayed longer then the schedule time to answer all of my questions. Thanks for your help Dr. Mike read more

Over the last few years Dr Snyder using the Gonstead Method has kept me doing the things I love to do. I'm an 81 year old male who believes what you don't use you lose, like muscle tone. I play 18 holes of golf three times a week and I walk instead of riding in a cart. I use his stretching and exercise routine every morning. However I still have strains, aches & pains. When they don't go away within a week I make an appointment and so far he's relieved my my pain within a few visits. He's the real deal. R A Richardi. read more

My 12 year old son was having back pain for about a year and Dr Snyder was able to help him be free of pain in 5 visits. Dr Snyder was super easy going and cool with my son - important to a 12 year old who had never gone to a chiropractor before. He adjusted my son's back with great care. He also gave my son son exercises to strengthen his core and coached him through each one which helped him so much. My son was able to resume tennis and sleep with no pain after seeing Dr Snyder. Super grateful we found him! read more

I have been under Dr. Snyder's care for the past 8 years. Prior to visiting Dr. Snyder I had chronic back problems to the point I could no longer run without discomfort. As such I had to give up running and consequently competing in triathlons. Dr. Snyder was actually able to locate the problem in my back and correct it. I had visited other Chiropractors but none were able to locate my problem and fix it. Dr. Snyder got me running again and back on the triathlon circuit. I highly recommend his services!! read more

I have seen Dr. Snyder for various issues over the years and I have always been pleased with the results. He is straight forward and honest when it comes to injuries/issues and what he can do to help. Dr. Snyder cares more about my health than seing me on regular basis, which is great. He works with me to find the cause of the issue, not just pain relief. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder and have been very pleased with other health practitioners and doctors he has referred me to in the past. read more
