Great place and they get back to you pretty quickly. I'm happy to have found them for my chickens needs.

I am a 100% disabled veteran lucky to have a service dog. Because of my fixed income budget I'm…read moregrateful for the dog wash Services tractor supply offers. I came in New Year's Eve at approximately 11:30 AM to wash my dog and while in line to pay there was a lady ahead of me with her dog and two children around five and six years old. She was extremely rude to the cashier Jeff. Apparently she wanted a dog wash and they were out of towels. She was very hostile towards Jeff and wanted a discounted rate which was already very reasonable at $10 including dog wash and also the supplies. She was also cussing at her children to the point of child abuse. She kicked my service dog in the face. Luckily he's very gentle and well trained. He moved back so that he barely got contact from her. I let her know hitting a service dog is a federal offense. I think Jeff should be commended for being so professional. She was the worst customer a person could ever hope to have. He handled it so well. When I went to wash my dog in the back she was already there washing her dog in the wash next to mine. I ignored her, but she continued, abusing her children cussing at them and threatening to beat them if they didn't listen to her. I feel bad that Jeff had to take that abuse yesterday and that we all had to witness that terrible woman's hostile actions. The wage Jeff handled it should not go unmentioned. He should be commended for being so professional in such an awful situation.

They truly love their job. They RADIATE it. They care so much and have SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE. If you ask a question, say a behavioral question, they immediately know the answer and extra tips. I kid you not, please do your fur baby some justice and bring them here. YOU will greatly appreciate it. I love receiving our pup's daily puppy report card. She loves the brain games they offer, (which if you don't know what a brain game is, FIND OUT! I truly think, my puppy wouldn't be as smart as she is without them. They really get her mind working in the right ways. My puppy wags her tail more for them than us. (I'm a wee bit jealous). Thank you again ladies. You make our lives easier. Our pup is a happier pup because of you. You are greatly appreciated. Sincerely Andrea and Lacee.

For a long time, walks…read moreand outings were difficult because he would become very reactive whenever he saw another dog. Taking him places and enjoying walks together honestly felt impossible. We decided to enroll Paco in Sit Means Sit, and we are beyond grateful we did. Matt has been absolutely amazing with Paco. He is patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the dogs he works with. He always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had the right tools and guidance to continue Paco's training at home between sessions. The transformation has been incredible. Paco now comes when called the first time, sits in place, and best of all, walks calmly right next to me. He no longer pulls, jumps, or walks out of control. I'm finally looking forward to taking walks with him and can't wait to continue seeing his progress every day. Huge shoutout and thank you to Paco's amazing trainer, Matt!

Well we are two weeks in with our doggie being home and having done a week of Board and Train with…read moreBrian. Prior to SMS, we were having issues with confidence and excitement. He was charging people and dogs while walking ONLY with me. And growling at and even attacked one of our cats, who for reference was his best friend for ages. They'd even sleep together and played a lot. I wanted Miles to get to training before we ended up with him biting someone was my greatest fear. So we picked him up on 4/20 in the morning and went over basics with Brian. Miles was EXHAUSTED for the first few days. Obviously from all that physical AND mental work. But he was immediately different. SO chill. Completely relaxed. By Tuesday of last week (just three FULL days after being home, almost 4,) I was already able to walk him and get Heel, Sit, Down and no reaction to people OR dogs passing with just a 1 tap on the remote. We started with a 3 or 4 the first few days.Miles regularly does GREAT with just this level. We went back on Friday, 4/26 for a session to follow up with Brian. We were VERY pleased with Miles progress as was Brian. We worked on the heel to perfect it and also Tie down, the leash stand and reviewed a few questions. Because Miles was doing so well, Brian suggested that maybe he'd do well with agility work. So he set him up a small course, and put him through it. Well Miles did NOT like it. He LOVED it!!! He had SO much fun. And he was doing AMAZING. He caught on SO fast. So fast rbat Brian sent us specs to build the jumps!! We also worked on high object "place." And Brian gave us lots of tips on that. With it only being 9 days since our pickup and 13 days since he started training, I'd say this was 1000% worth this training. We didn't have a BAD dog but a dog that needed some tweaks and some humans that needed help doing it. Now my husband and I look forward to walks and spending time with and taking him places. And Miles therefore gets MORE time with his people. Ellie, our daughter, LOVES doing "place" and commands with him and Jack, our son, is LOVING agility SO much that he and his dad already started building Miles jumps!!! We aren't very far into this but so far 5 HUGE stars. Thank you Brian!!! Also the office staff has been tremendous. They are responsive and kind and great at following up. 9ur entire experience from consultation to two weeks out is excellent!
