However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. They do have spots out front but the first time I went I parked under the hill and it wasn't bad because it's all free parking. You just have to walk up the hill. It is right past the train track so make sure you are aware because the light rail passes through. I think the prices are really reasonable in this day and age when we still have to print things for marketing purposes and it's always nice as a local business versus a FedEx or Kinko and the service here is superior. They let you see a proof and they are really communicative.

First job they did was great! Second job however, not so much. They came out to put logos on my…read moretruck. They did not apply any sort of heat to take off the previous vinyl, so I'm not doing so they ripped off a nice chunk of paint from my door. The beat thing they can say is that the paint must be bad or the truck must've been painted over when truck hasn't been painted whatsoever. They informed me I could take my truck to the dealer to file a complaint about the paint being bad and that the dealer has to fix their mistake. The dealer won't honor any of this due to the fact that I am not the original owner of truck and after the truck is sold any warranties are voided after that. The owner said we can go to the dealer together to situate the problem. When I've worked at dealers and that's how they conduct business. This is pretty much standard even with non-commercial vehicles but they don't want to accept any fault. Now I'm stuck with a half done job, missing paint on a door, and looking for a new vinyl shop and a paint shop to paint the door they messed up but won't take any responsibility for.
