I needed a heavy (60 pounfine art statue picked up and shipped across the country and I did not know a soul in Baltimore. After trying several different companies and not getting any help craters and freighters immediately emailed me back and worked with me from beginning to end. Throughout the whole process they were professional and helpful. Initially I did not realize how expensive it was to ship fine art but they worked with me and made it affordable for me to ship. They even picked the art piece up for me, crated it very well, and even took the time to wrap the fragile ends of the statue. I came to this FedEx location to drop off two 20-pound boxes I was mailing home. I live in downtown Baltimore, but most of the nearby FedEx spots have limited parking or are just hard to get to. And honestly, driving and navigating downtown Baltimore is terrifying--so I searched for a better option and decided to give this location a try. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the two staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of them even brought out a cart to help me bring in my packages, which was such a nice gesture. Since I already had shipping labels, they took the time to show me how to scan the packages and made sure everything was good to go. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and way more pleasant than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here--even if it means driving 20 minutes.
