After a good workout, it's nice to have the option to pick up a delicious and healthy meal. The menu offers a variety of options, including wraps, salads, juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls. All the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and taste amazing! The staff at Purlife are incredibly friendly and helpful. Before working with her I was close to giving up on the fact that I would be able to look better than I had in my formative years as an adult. I really liked John as a personal trainer, he is wonderful, so I forgot about the manager and tried to exercise. Did not know i signed for 3 months with HIM and now he is leaving. I no longer want to be a member of this gym and I had been told I can cancel at any time. They have billed me $73.83 for the year, $296 for personal training that won't happen as John is not here and $148.00 for an introductory Personal training 8 sessions that I have not finished as John was not there 2 times. Finally and this was the breaking point I texted to pause my account before going out of state (which is how I originally signed up). While I was away and not using the studio at all, I continued to receive repeated messages asking for payment. When I explained the situation, instead of helping resolve it, I was told I hadn't paused "properly" and was still expected to pay and continued to harass me for payment. The lack of communication, flexibility, and basic customer support throughout this experience has been really frustrating. I would have appreciated a more understanding and solution-oriented approach, especially as a paying member who tried to communicate proactively.
