This place is AMAZING, to say the least, it's not a fancy schmanzy place, but if you want to get in shape you'll not find a better gym than this one! The owners and staff take an all hands on deck approach, they basically start with small classes and teach, guide, mentor and encourage your success. They emphasize on exercise and nutrition to ensure it. Nothing is sugar coated, no pun intended, Adam the owner tells it like it is. However the attention to detail in to ensuring your safety and success is like nothing I've ever experienced, and the price is right. They literally walk you through every exercise and carefully explain everything succinctly and thoroughly. They even explain what you will feel if you're doing it wrong. In my first week and a half I lost 7 lbs, but that's nothing compared to how I feel. I'm 53, and I feel better now than I did 10 years ago. My only regrets is that I leave in June for the summer and I don't come back til September. Oh, one more thing, the staff is accessible via cell phone 24/7 and each group has their own Facebook page. You cannot imagine how close you are going to get with the members of whichever program you become part of. I could go on and on, but I think you get the jest of my sentiments. P. S. The machines are mostly 10-15 years old. I waited for the manager to finish his work out yesterday so I could use one of the only 4 cardio machines downstairs. The manager told me he can work out anywhere at anytime he wants.. He was disrespectful and very unkind. The machines are old and very basic. The music is so loud you can't talk to other members. I was able to have my membership canceled today and I am so happy. Hopefully the new gym in town opens soon.

No clear explanation, no transparency -- just pressure to pay extra. The employee was condescending and misleading, making the process intentionally confusing. This feels less like policy and more like a predatory cancellation practice. Good gym equipment doesn't excuse dishonest behavior. If you ever plan to cancel, be extremely careful and double-check every charge. I do not recommend this gym.

Then he wouldn't let us break a agreement of 1 year which when we joined that was the only option he gave us. (he also does monthly) so right off the bat he is a sneak. We called him and asked to give 30 or even 60 days notice. We only had 4 months left out of the year. He yelled and sent to a collection agency-this has never happened before. He was really a jerk. Talk about bad customer service especially when you are working with our kids. and to call our kids bullys. I would NOT recommend this school to anyone. We even post and pass on how bad and mean he was. Im actually shocked that what he is doing and did is legal. VERY disappointing and should NOT work with peoples kids. really.
