This place is fairly new and has many different types of classes. This class was very nice in comfort and pace. It was fairly small and intimate setting. I liked that they offered water and blankets if needed. We brought our own yoga mats. We found about this mediation class from Facebook events near us. I would like to take their yoga option in the future. Mediation is suppose to bring a peace and calm within . This class did that and was nice in the set up and duration. The owner and instructor were really nice and gave a schedule of classes if we were interested at the end of the class. ~

About 60$ a month and no commitment, pay on the first for the month no startup fees either. So that's awesome. The whole gym is no nonsense. Lots of benches and platforms only one cable machine though. My only concern was for my leg day. I didn't see a Hacksquat machine or angled leg press, no abductor machines either. A great place but I don't think it fits If you have a strict leg day (plenty of bars for deadlifts and squats but you'd need to bring your own cushion for hip thrusts.
