I hadn't done any form of exercise in years and was in BAD shape. I was nervous to even go in let alone actually work out. That first class was with Coach Daniel and there was only 1 other guy there. It was an incredibly challenging workout... I almost puked. But Daniel was cool to me and made me feel welcome and I've always liked boxing as a sport so I signed up. As I continued to show up, I got to know all the coaches and some of the members and I started to feel a sense of community there. That was important to hold me accountable and keep me from quitting. Years later, I've fought in one of their Member Fight Nights, I look, feel, and carry myself completely different, and I'm still showing up. The whole team there is great, but extra shoutout to coach bam who has been my trainer for the past year and has helped me so much. In summary, this is a great well-maintained gym with beautiful equipment, accommodating class schedules, and knowledgeable coaching. But what stands out is how welcoming/approachable it is for people of all fitness levels, and the awesome community they've built!

I usually prefer going to the gym, and had never tried a boxing workout, but decided to go for it! First off, he warned me to bring lots of water and a towel. Boy was he right! As soon as you walk into the spot, you can break a sweat right there! They like to keep it warm inside, so if this is your first time boxing, you might have to step outside and take a breather! Haha! The workout was an hour long. I like how we warmed up first outside and got our blood flowing. As you walk inside, the trainers explain to you the equipment and what you will be doing that day. Me for instance, I've never ever boxed before, so of course I asked a bunch of questions, how my form was, how to box, etc. The trainers were so nice and helpful. I enjoyed practicing on the bags, getting in the ring, and having fun. The workout you get is very intense, and totally worth it! I will definitely be back for some more training sessions!

I was told by an orthopedic surgeon that I will have pain for the rest of my life unless I workout and stay flexible. Trying to find a personal trainer that I can trust and that wont hurt my injury was like finding a needle in a hay stack. I looked for ways to help myself for years and then through yelp I stumbled across, The Facility! I have been going to The Facility for about 2 months now. I am able to do things I haven't been able to do ever, like squat down (properly and using my legs to stand backup) to give my 4 year a piggyback ride. I am able to give my kids a bath without back pain. I am able to do squats once again and exercise without pain. Through going to The Facility I haven't been able to just do things I wasn't able to do, but I also learned how to exercise. Yes learned how to exercise.... I learned how to properly breathe during an exercise which makes a world of a difference and allows you to get a better workout. I learned how have proper form. Proper form is so important as to not have an injury. My trainer always helps me attain proper form, breathing technique, and makes sure nothing I do hurts my back. The Facility has been the best investment I have made in physical fitness.

I haven't actually worked out there because I found several better solutions and my only advice would be that you search and try to look at other alternatives before you go there. My bigger question is the management, the ego, and the treatment of clients or potential clients. It is so flawed that I couldn't recommend this facility to anyone, not at all. Knowing my advice, I can give you this seriously: take your time and look at other places before deciding on this place. I can't evaluate the quality of the trainers but I can evaluate the quality of the atmosphere and the quality of the management for certain. I just say that we're lucky in Boca because we have a lot of choices. I would suggest that you look at them before you make this decision because you might regret it. I know I did. Honestly I never worked out there because of what I saw and what I honestly reviewed: management attacking me with public curse words and public abuse, expecting me to change the response. That will never happen because it's too important to me. My honesty, my word is my bond and I'm impeccable with it. I find it particularly annoying when management questions that. Nonetheless check the other options before you would ever sign a thing here because you'll regret it.

From the start, the trainer (I believe her name was Christina) made me feel uneasy as it being my first time to a new studio in the area. During the class, I felt left out and singled out at the same time. I was met with snarky remarks about my stamina and how much I need to improve on what I have been doing thus far on my wellness journey. I left the class feeling unmotivated and quite insecure. To my women looking for a female trainer, maybe there is somebody else more suitable to encourage health and wellness both physically and mentally.

This gym may still look similar from the outside, but the atmosphere has changed completely under…read morethe new ownership. What was once a relatively relaxed, comfortable place to exercise now feels more like a loud nightclub than a professional fitness facility. The music is frequently played at an unnecessarily high volume, making it difficult to concentrate, decompress, or enjoy a peaceful workout. Instead of creating an environment that feels welcoming and restorative, the constant pounding club music gives the entire space a chaotic, overstimulating quality. The change goes beyond the music. There is now a noticeable coldness in the way the gym is operated. Interactions with management feel unnecessarily rigid and confrontational, and the overall attitude is less focused on hospitality and more focused on enforcing corporate policies without consideration for the customer. I originally joined under the previous ownership with the understanding that I could pay my $50 membership fee monthly. When an attempted automatic charge did not process, I went into the gym on the day the payment was due and offered to pay in person. I was told that no balance was showing in the system and that there was nothing I could pay at that time. A few days later, the gym attempted to charge me $80, including a $30 fee related to the declined transaction. I explained that I had come in on time and tried to pay, but their own system and staff had prevented me from doing so. I was also never clearly informed that the terms of my original agreement had changed or that a declined automatic payment would result in such a substantial additional charge. Rather than calmly addressing the contradiction, management became defensive and seemed more interested in justifying the fee than preserving a positive relationship with a paying member. That interaction reflected the larger problem with this gym: it no longer feels like a place designed for people who want to improve their health in a comfortable, respectful atmosphere. It feels loud, impersonal, tense, and increasingly unpleasant. Anyone looking for a polished, peaceful, mature fitness environment may want to visit during peak hours before committing to a membership. Listen to the volume of the music, observe the atmosphere, and pay attention to how management communicates with members. There are simply too many well-run gyms available to spend time and money somewhere that leaves you feeling more agitated when you leave than when you arrived.
