Over the years I have seen contractors that run the gamut in respect to the level of quality and professionalism, and GT is leading the pack; what I respect most about this is that the way in which all members conduct themselves seems to be innate--they are good at what they do because they want to do good work, not because the owners require them to do so and this makes a world of difference on projects because enthusiasm is contagious. Every homeowner who I meet that has worked with Graham and Danny gushes when speaking about their project. On quality, specifically: some carpenters like to lean on the painters to fix their mistakes, but we don't have to do this with GT. GT's Project Managers demand quality from the ground up, thus allowing for every subcontractor to do their job perfectly. This leads to extremely clean/detailed projects which in turn keeps projects on schedule and on budget. (And it keeps subcontractors very happy--homeowners don't necessarily see this, but it *really* matters for a number of reasons). I wouldn't hesitate to use GT for any future projects and am more than comfortable to refer them to friends and family.

We changed an old tub for a wonderful upgrade, expanded the shower area, with high-end glass, added excellent tile work throughout (he has a great tile guy), changed counter-tops, and even moved a wall of 50 year old cedar panels to extend an existing wall. Were there hiccups along the way, sure. But now, several years later we are thrilled to use these rooms every day. We work at home and the lifestyle enhancement has been profound. Truth be told we did a good deal of research before and chose well with our components and visual choices. The paint work was superb (he has a great paint team too). The team had an amusing cast of characters and I enjoyed them. They took tremendous care to keep the spaces (bedroom next to the bath) absolutely clean and protected. It took a while with delays and fixes but now all I can say is we really appreciate all the effort that went in and Milt's good spirit to get it right. If you want a successful project like we experienced i'd say you might need to be an engaged partner in the process, that's what I did and the results speak for themselves.

First thing first - my kitchen looks great, even better than I could have expected. The new floors, counter tops, cabinets and lights are all beautiful! I found the guys at Centerline to be great in the communication department. JB quickly responded to all my texts and emails and did everything he could to remedy the minor issues and items we requested towards the end. All in a very timely manner. They were even happy to make some mid-project modifications that I requested. I agree to do your research, get quotes and ask lots of questions. But these guys were wonderful to work with and they made the process so easy on us. From bringing samples to our house (so we didn't have to drive somewhere and pick them out ourselves) to painting suggestions. I also appreciated how clean they kept everything during the process. Would definitely use them again and not hesitate to recommend to family and friends!

They stick to their estimated time frame, and while the final cost was a little more than what was quoted, it's because I changed up a few things mid construction, and they were happy to accommodate. Good communication, good clean up and an overall very well done. We had one minor issue pop up post construction and they came back out to address it. He hit the ground running, covering everything to keep things from getting too dirty, he was clean, he was efficient, effective, communicative, respectful, and did what he said he'd do (yes, most people don't-weird also, 3 contractors have made sexual advance on me and ghosted when I put up a boundary-money also isn't good enough for many these days either). Not only did he relocate the window, he corrected some wiring for me as well (lots of corrective action required in this house before I can even start moving forward), he also closed up a door, and was going to trim out my windows (that's on hold due to the window company). If I could pay him to do everything around my house I don't have the time, tools, or knowledge I would. He has an ownership mentality and treats your home like it's his own. In various aspects of the project, Jose and his crew stepped in where the contractor lacked skills. They installed the kitchen fan, cooktop, and wall oven for us. The installation of the oven was very tricky because of the various issues we ran into. Jose was the one who identified these issues for us. Jose also built this beautiful railings for us! These guys did extensive repairs on three bathrooms and the family room after we had water damage…read more Most of the guys he had working for them had no idea what they were doing. The downstairs bathroom was never given a second coat of paint and the floor wasn't leveled so the flooring is now breaking up. Shower door won't stay close. The vanity they recommended I get from someone they knew has unpainted spot. They also got a stone top for the vanity from the same friend and it now turning yellow. The plumbing in all the bathrooms was done by one of their workers, not a plumber and is so jerry rigged that I'm just waiting for it to fail. In the family room the track lighting is falling off because it wasn't installed properly. After they installed the flooring in the family room they dragged a piano across it and scratched the floor. After some arguing they did replace the flooring. Over all I was very disappointed and their work is not holding up. Stay away!
