In the first month of being pregnant, I have had my appointment canceled on me and told I need to call back to reschedule about 5 or 6 times. I had an appointment scheduled and I was unsure of its purpose, I called the office and asked, I asked in person at my previous appointment, I called again after that. Every time I was told they would get back to me or they weren't sure. I drove 30 minutes to the appointment just to be told the appointment was unnecessary and I didn't need to be seen. I now have to drive 30 minutes back home. As an exhausted pregnant woman, this is extremely infuriating to have my time, limited energy, and gas money wasted, especially as I had asked multiple times to avoid this exact outcome. On top of that, every appointment you need to fill out a form that is a handful of pages long, even if you were just there the week before, it doesn't matter and you need to fill it out again. The doctors are knowledgeable, some are friendlier and kinder than others, but you will see someone different every single time. If you are someone who will need multiple appointments, I'm confident your experience will be an absolute mess and stress inducing. I would recommend saving yourself the multiple headaches and not become a patient here.

Simple as that. I had no symptoms/known exposure to COVID, I just needed an antibiotic, not that they even let me get to the point of being screened.

I usually don't mind waiting, I'm understanding but as I'm waiting in the room I hear him complaining to staff about how people expect to be seen in 1 minute of being here. They had a several minute conversation about this. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he'll spend good quality time with his patients and that's why it takes so long. Nope. When he came into the room, he was very dismissive, talked over me, started to listen to my lungs when i was in the middle of telling him my symptoms telling me to breath in, so completely interupting me. Then when he goes to look into my ears he does not even use a speculum tip, not only is this disgusting and not sanitary, but also you can't see anything without the speculum tip!! Then he said he would send my antibiotic for strep throat and he never sent it, I went to pick it up the next day and he never sent it. When I called to ask them to send it, I waiting on the phone for 10 minutes and the office never picked up. Unbelievable.

Rewind to the beginning when I reached out to them, I asked how much the consultation would be. The response I got was that "it's usually covered by insurance and if there is any significant cost for the treatment they would let me know before doing said treatment". I was also told that they would be doing a limited benefit check before my visit for the consultation and the front desk will give me any information upon checkin of my appointment. Now I have a bill of well over $200 that they are unwilling to work with me on, for a simple consultation. I was going to have treatment at their location but because they were not clear on cost for the consultation before hand and are even unwilling to work with me since it was clearly their lack of communication, I will be bringing my money elsewhere. I even have text messages to prove it but they just didn't care. So if they tell you they check your insurance and will inform you at checkin: BEWARE THEY WILL NOT and you will end up with a large bill like myself. They lost a local customer and I'm sure I won't be the first.
