We entrusted this practice with the care of two family members and unfortunately experienced two…read moreseparate instances where symptoms were dismissed, misinterpreted, or misdiagnosed -- both resulting in worsened outcomes and extended recovery periods. Our concerns were brought to the attention of the administrative team respectfully and clearly. Rather than being met with accountability or dialogue, we were met with defensiveness, dismissal, and an unwillingness to acknowledge the impact of these oversights. Our daughter's condition -- a 40% patellar tendon tear -- was missed during her initial visit, and she was cleared to continue activity that worsened her condition. Only after seeking a second opinion did we receive proper care. Sadly, this pattern mirrored a prior experience with another family member. We regret returning for a second attempt. I would encourage other families, especially those seeking care for student athletes, to seek providers with stronger communication and follow-through. We've since received exceptional care elsewhere and hope others avoid the setbacks we experienced here.

Slow, careless, and money hungry is how I would I describe their care for their patients. Maureen, the front desk receptionist/nurse, does not relay messages to the doctor. She is consistently rude to patients and families and provides as little help as possible. All in all horrible people and experience.
