Her office person Liza was also very unhelpful to the point of being rude and bombastic. It's unfortunate that a doctor wouldn't try to help someone see a specialist and get the urgent specialized care that they needed. Horrifying. Stay away from Dr Spitzer like the plague. I consider my airfare a copay maybe a little higher than most but definitely worth it. The office staff is always accommodating and friendly. He's hands on and always says to call if there's a problem no matter what time it is-- he will be there. If we can't find the answer to why my kid isn't feeling well- he will do more research to find an answer. It's hard to find doctors like this so I am very grateful to have Dr. Stein!
