Then once I was finished the class the owner told me I owed $38 I explained to him I thought it was complementary and he said no that's $38 and then all the children went into the yoga room which was filled with rubber mats where they obviously play all day so I don't feel that it is sanitary and I don't feel that they communicate well to bring in new students and I really don't feel that it's a yoga studio more of a daycare center

They have plenty. Want to relax? They have a spa. Want to try your hand at a variety of workouts? Take your pick. It was due to this last reason I went there. I had found them on ClassPass and saw that they offered Zumba. I hadn't done Zumba for the longest time and was itching to do one. This place provided that and then some. Amira at the front desk showed me around. Much appreciated. Seems all three buildings in this plaza all belong to the same place. Funny how I had passed near this area many times and never noticed this was around. I think it's one of those that you don't find what you don't look for. Shrug. They're open daily, and depending on the day, they close earlier. Such is the case on weekends. The café they have closes at 3 PM. As for the classes themselves, they usually go up to 8 PM or so unless it's the weekend (hence them closing earlier). As of right now, I can only comment on their Zumba class. It was taught by Cristian who started the class late and ended it late. Seems the yoga class from before got held up. At any rate, he made the class pass you by. He also went around, correcting moves, and it seems students generally like him. I found his class a bit intense. It was difficult to keep up. New moves, new routine. Definitely not the Zumba I'm used to. Very fast paced. I burned more calories than I usually would. Super happy with that, but ouch, you definitely feel it the day after. I'd be curious to see the style of their other instructors.

I started with an intro yoga class with Javier (sidebar, LOVE him) and then later found out that they have all sort of classes. Think Pilates, Zumba, etc! ***Unless you're a yoga master, I highly recommend checking out one of Javier's classes. He is passionate about form and won't let you form any bad habits. Perfection.

It has now been over four months and I have still not received that refund. After following up, I was met with threats of legal action rather than a resolution. This situation has been frustrating and disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering committing financially to make sure all terms, refund policies, and expectations are clearly documented upfront.

A similar situation recently happened to my friend, so please be careful and don't sign any agreements or commit to Club Pilates membership. This feels like a scam on their part, and their managers are rude. The instructors don't really pay attention to how you're doing the exercises--they seem to care only about completing their class without regard for proper technique. A couple of things to take into consideration before your first class at this location: - Arrive 10 minutes before. The location is on the second floor of Esplanade. It was kind of hard to find, so I had to call the front desk to make sure I was at the right place. - Wear comfortable gym clothes. A supportive sports bra and preferably leggings are recommended because you will be on the floor a lot. - Hydration!!! This class will have you sweating. As for the studio itself, it was very clean and cute. They have some clothes you can buy if you ever forget something. Lastly, the instructor, Luiza, was incredible. She was extremely friendly and had high energy. She corrected my form a couple of times, which I appreciate because it means she cares for your journey. She was perfect for anybody first starting. She had a nice vibe to her, not mean at all. Hopefully, my review makes someone want to try it out!
