Their website works on mobile. They have the capability to fill out all the paperwork online. They work very quickly. Beyond their cremation service, which is very reasonable, they have a whole series of additional services in their funeral home. They can work with relatives out of town, in town, or any combination.

I had questions about some things related to my mom's pre-funeral, post-passing away that the staff happily answered for me and they made me feel heard, along with them not rushing me out to handle the funeral that was going on at the same time as us meeting to plan my mom's arrangements. I was extremely appreciative of being heard with my questions by the staff, because it was an extremely stressful time for me with my mom passing away and my husband being extremely ill at the same time. The funeral for my mom in 2023 was very well done and the one for my dad in 2021 was also amazing. I will definitely use Cooper again, if there are any more deaths in the family, because they were amazing towards us. They did right by us and the funeral home was worth using for our funerary needs. Each death was sudden and his team was very responsive, great with communication and was able to tend to our families needs. They did a nice job preparing the bodies of my relatives before we had to identify them (required, even with cremation). They have always been very accommodating, even on short notice and during inclement weather (in the middle of a snow storm). I highly recommend their expertise and trust the staff at TP White. They are empathetic and made a difficult process a little easier by handling all the details for us and walking us through each step. The Croxton family is also deeply connected to and invests in the Mt. Washington community and surrounding. They are good stewards and I prefer to spend my money with a local business that genuinely cares.

Will not cooperate with the investigator I hired, had no sympathy, no explanation no proof. Will not allow the investigator to access my daughters cremation documents or explain their process and chain of custody safe guards. All the documents I have show no consistency or order you would expect to find in a place performing cremations. They are dishonest and shady people who wasted my investigators time giving him the run around and wasting my money. There are no laws protecting you in this situation so make sure you trust someone to stay during cremation. These people don't care about your loved ones only your money.

Visited this funeral home for my mother-in-law's funeral just recently in October of 2024…read more Beautiful Victorian home in the heart of lindenwold steps away from the Saint Anne's Catholic school and church. Between the funeral director I think his name was Thomas Zettler and his amazing staff they did an excellent job with my mother-in-law; she almost looked alive in the casket that the family selected. The visitation went smoothly and the Catholics priest we selected was father Thorp. This Catholic priest was very friendly outgoing spontaneous and humorous, his presentation during the service was remarkable and close to home with what he had to say about my mother-in-law, Miss Weber. - Mr zettler was very professional, kind and courteous in our time of need. The interior of the funeral home seem very elegant and clean inside and out. His presentation with excellent and detail. The transportation of my mother-in-law to the Rose Hill cemetery went quite smoothly and the hearse was shiny as if they had just washed and waxed it; the funeral home grounds were very clean clear of debris and very well groomed especially the grass. When you're inside the funeral home it really didn't seem like your home because the Victoria furnishings seems so homely. I definitely will recommend his professional services and presentation has one of the best in the business. I have been to other funeral homes for past visitations and funerals but I will have to say that this funeral home is well taken care of; so my recommendations is if you're looking for a professional caring place with reasonable prices in a professional atmosphere. I often had to initiate calls with Nurre to get information I expected to hear from them first. They messed up my fathers prayer cards and were uncertain of their role during a Christian Funeral Mass. Overall, I was disappointed and stressed more by the funeral home than I should have been. They may be better suited for prearranged services.
