My aunt and mother went the first week of June 2018 and placed the order. They said at the time that they would e-mail them a screenshot for final approval prior to engraving. The estimated time for completion was September of 2018. As of October 2018, my grandma still had no headstone, and there was no follow-up from the company. When my mom finally got ahold of someone, they said that the owner was very sick and waiting for a heart transplant, and that is why our order was delayed. Look, I totally understand medical emergencies- but if you can't fulfill the order, just refund our money and let us go elsewhere. Instead, my mom had to keep following up with the lady, asking for an estimated time of completion. As of Thanksgiving 2018, still no headstone. After several follow-up calls to the lady she had been working with with no/inadequate response, she called the Amelia location. Apparently, the owner had died, which was why we still had no headstone for my grandma. I totally get that illness and death might slightly delay a timeline- but for goodness sakes, you can't run a business this way. Finally, a headstone is placed right before Christmas (3 months after the estimated time of completion). And guess what, one of the dates is wrong. Do you think they e-mailed us that screenshot of the headstone for approval before they started engraving? Nope. The lady "claims" that we wrote the date wrong on the form, but I find that hard to believe. Despite all of these issues, they haven't offered to discount our order or refund some of our money. It's so disappointing that grieving families have to deal with these type of businesses, just to get their loved ones memorialized. Use another company!

There was delay after delay and mistake after mistake. The owner of the company, John, actually told me when I said I was reporting him to the BBB, " do you know how many times I've heard that? I'm still doing fine". They refused to place my son's headstone after I paid them in full over $2000. I had to hire another monument company to go pick up his headstone and place it. The other company told me they could not believe the condition of the monuments and where they were stored. They were basically piled up I'm John's backyard, toppled over each other and in disarray. I spent an additional$500 to have the second company place the monument and Beeco refused to refund that money. They are horrible, inhuman people and John is the most disgusting human being I have ever spoken to in my life. For end of life needs, these people shouldn't be allowed to participate in the process at all!

My friend from university recently passed, and his visitation was held at Linnemann. I was very…read moreimpressed with the extent of preparations that went into the evening on such short notice: - Two funeral home attendants each stationed at both the front and rear entrances. - Guest books at both entrances. - Cards for donations. - A writing station for loved ones to scribe their favorite memories of the deceased. - An entire room filled with photo collages of his life. - A color booklet with pictures and a detailed story of my friend's life, including quotes about fond memories from his family. There were enough booklets so that everyone in attendance could take one home. - A 15 minute video complete with moving images, music and quotes from and about my friend. It was edited in storytelling fashion, discussing his life from beginning, to university and beyond, both hardships and high points. The visitation was an open casket. While a person never resembles how you remember them in life, Linnemann did a fine job of making him appear at rest. Next to the casket was a poster board featuring the last speech my friend wrote. He was a motivational speaker and this made for a beautiful touch. Sadly, I've attended many funerals in my life, but Linnemann has by far offered the best service. The facility itself is modern, clean, and bright. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate large groups of mourners. There are also plenty of chairs and couches in each of the rooms. Ample free parking is available in the lot across the street as well. Linnemann went above and beyond to make a comfortable grieving process for both my friend's relatives and for those who knew him socially. It was the perfect bridge of connecting his loved ones of all ages and from all walks of life.

I cannot say enough good things about John Croxton and how much he and his family helped during an extremely difficult time. Each death was sudden and his team was very responsive, great with communication and was able to tend to our families needs. They did a nice job preparing the bodies of my relatives before we had to identify them (required, even with cremation). They have always been very accommodating, even on short notice and during inclement weather (in the middle of a snow storm). I highly recommend their expertise and trust the staff at TP White. They are empathetic and made a difficult process a little easier by handling all the details for us and walking us through each step. The Croxton family is also deeply connected to and invests in the Mt. Washington community and surrounding. They are good stewards and I prefer to spend my money with a local business that genuinely cares.
