He offered alternative methods, which were less invasive. I really appreciated Dr. Wald's honesty because he could've just suggested surgery to make a profit. I had the best experience from beginning to end with Oscar Rodriguez going out of his way to help me schedule. When I got to my appointment everyone was so professional , friendly and helpful, I was taken back to the room by Liliana. I was greeted by the office manager Francisco (very professional) , Saul was also another staff member that said hello and asked me how I was doing .
