So, both legs back to back, 1 day apart. Sclerotherapy - Mike ( Dr. Setareh ) - such a kind man and easy to talk to - as well as to get the 411 on anything regarding the surgery. They give you numbers to reach the docs after hours, in case of anything. The front desk folks are nice and will also answer any questions you have. Most of the staff is very nice and have a kind word or smile or a concerned look for you - which makes the visit feel very safe. They do this procedure many times a week - and Dr. Satareh is really good at it. It hurts, don't get me wrong, but it's only 20 minutes or so per leg, and then 5 days in compression stockings. All in all.... really good. The underground garage is nice - but small - and if you have a large vehicle harder to park - but, there's an upper lot outside that works too :) I would score them a 98% :) That's a pretty high score ! :)

The doctor insisted that I needed RF treatment for a faulty valve on my left leg first. I didn't want to have RF since I'd never had varicose veins, or pain in my legs. Dr. Michael said he would not treat my spider vein cluster until the other vein was treated. So I had that done. Then when I was ready to have my spot removed, he said it was $650 and that they would treat both legs. There wasn't much to treat, but I said OK. I guess if you can see anything go ahead and inject it. The next thing I know I have spider veins all over my legs. I never had spider veins before. I had a couple broken vessels that nobody could see and now my legs are Covered in veins. I'm assuming he poked holes in my larger veins and they leaked everywhere. He has totally destroyed my legs and has refused to correct the damage. It's been over 6 month since treatment.

Dr. C recommended a shot, and when a staffer joked about it, we left and never went back. We since switched her to my cardiologist at Keck Medicine of USC in Arcadia.

The staff repeatedly gave us incorrect appointment times, made us wait for hours, and then claimed we didn't show up rather than taking accountability for losing my father's stress test results -- twice -- and then never followed through on sending him a heart monitor they said was crucial. When I called to follow up, the office manager didn't even know what I was talking about. This wasn't just inconvenient -- it was negligent. They never took accountability nor contacted us to check on him, which only reinforced how careless and uninvested they were in their patients' well-being. We've filed a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California and have been assigned an analyst for further investigation. Patients deserve care that's organized, accountable, and safe -- not chaos. If you care about your time, your health, or your loved ones, I strongly recommend finding a different cardiologist.

My 92-year-old, active mother had been suffering from lower leg pain for several years. They…read morelooked as if they were bruised. Large dark spots located from her ankle up her side shins and calves. She had discussed this issue with several doctors for the past few years. No one could conclude what the issue was, even with tests. It was attributed to aging and was felt that there was nothing that could be done. However, one of the specialists to whom she was referred, suggested that she consult with yet a different specialist to investigate her veins. My mother was not able to connect with that referral, so she reached out to me to assist her. I scoured different sites and found Dr. Mohammed with the Renaissance Laser & Vein Institute. I read his reviews here on Yelp* and a medical website. I discussed him with my mother, and she agreed to meet with him. Upon arrival we found his staff to be pleasant and courteous. We were then led to his office where he took a look at my mother's legs and after observing and asking my mom several questions had a hypothesis as to what her issue was. He believed that the darkness came from dead blood pooling around her legs. He felt that her veins were damaged and functioning properly. He said that she had a good pulse and was healthy but her blood was not flowing properly back and that was what was causing the discoloration. He stated that this is a maternal hereditary condition. After, discussing this my mother did mention that my grandmother had a similar case in the past century, but they didn't know what it was. Fortunately, my mother has no daughters to whom to pass this. He recommended that he do four separate treatments to remove the "dead" veins in both legs. He said, that it isn't life-threatening to not do so, but if it isn't done it will surely lead to more severe pain in the future. He felt that this process could relieve most if not all of the pain but felt that the dark spots were irreversible. Considering her age, he wanted her to think about it before moving forward. Her biggest plus that this would be successful without major complications is that she was very healthy despite her age. She didn't have to think long. She said, "Let's do it!". We met again shortly thereafter to commence the procedure. Over the next several weeks of in-office operations to remove the veins from the front and rear of each leg, one at a time; she also met with another medical staff to check on her in between operations. They also had her walk immediately after each procedure and at least 30 minutes daily to continue to promote blood circulation throughout her legs. She also had to wear special medical tight leggings on the leg that was being cared for during the process. She did all of this diligently. It's been several months since this was all completed. She said that she felt improvement immediately with the pain diminishing, to now where her legs feel 100% better without pain. As a bonus, despite the doctor's feeling that the bruise-like marks were permanent, she is happy to have seen the discoloration improve dramatically. Far from being completely cleared but a vast improvement in appearance. We both recommend Dr. Mohammedzadeh. We found him to be patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. My mother said that he was skillful in the operating room, which only took about an hour each time. His staff were all friendly and kind to us. Starting with Arelly, at the front office who communicated with us diligently via phone calls, emails, and texts. The entire staff treated my mother with respect and acted as if she were their mom. If you are having vascular issues, then call him and get a consultation. You will be glad that you did.
