The breakfast sandwich was a 10/10. Bacon, avocado, egg, and cheese. It was a good portion and kept me full during a day of hiking. The avocado toast and coffee were also great. We passed farmers raking hay and gorgeous Switzerland cabins along the way to reach it. We stopped in the resort for some of the best club sandwiches ever. (2) vegetable cream soup: base has too much of a cauliflower taste. It's an acquired taste but with enough hot sauce the flavor is palatable. (3) Thet have a huge dessert menu with a 12 gelato/ice cream flavors and some 12 other dessert combos with ice cream & fruit combo. This place feels like they actually care about the flavors and end product of their food. We've tried many places in the city center area of Grindelwald and this one stands out to us. We'll be here tomorrow. Service: authentically sincere and prompt. Ambience: great with indoor and outdoor seating facing the mountain.
