I've seen it across Europe, but it's not something that you ever see in the UK. We were so delighted with our lunch that we went back for dinner. The dauphinoise potatoes (vegan of course!) were a real treat, and I loved them with lots of green beans with garlic, delicious mushrooms, some other veg, and a wee pie thing that turned out to be like a baked samosa.
