Here are a few examples: 1) I specifically asked for the baseboards to be cleaned and they were not (it was included in the service). 2) Hair was left in the shower drain and a horrible white residue was left all over my shower floor, which has never happened before! 3) They did not clean under the bathroom floor mat in my second bathroom, nor did they clean the tub/shower at all. 4) Cat hair was left all over my dining room chairs. 5) You could see where they wiped, and didn't wipe, the floor in one of the rooms due to the residue left. 6) The items on my bathroom counter were not even touched or moved as they had dust all over them and the counter underneath them was also dirty. 7) There were some items in the corner of the kitchen counter that were not moved and cleaned underneath. 8) The bottom shelves of one of the rooms was not dusted. I can say that the wife was the one who did the kitchen and she did a good job! The husband did most of the rest of the house and he did not do such a good job. I did like how he moved the couch to clean behind it and underneath it, though. Although, there was still pet hair left in some spots on the couch.

We did a walk-through and their acceptance helped establish a standard of expectation. 2) High-quality work: It became evident after the first and second cleaning appointments that Jesus and Blanca are meticulous cleaners. I could see from my interior home camera that they did not rush through their work and provided a lot of care. 3) Cost effective: Cost is relative to quality. With Jesus and Blanca, their cleaning cost matched their excellent quality of work. Their affordability has allowed me to hire them weekly, and they continue to be a worth investment 4) Punctual: Being on time for work speaks volumes about the character of the worker. Jesus and Blanca, even after a year, arrive on time at precisely 9 am. I can confirm this through my Google Nest doorbell. 5) Consistency of work: It is challenging to clean a home and do it consistently. But with Jesus and Blanca, I continue to be satisfied. Every time I arrive home, I am amazed by how fresh and clean my home is. I am surprised by how they do their work so well. Their experience in the business of cleaning shines and shows. 6) Pet-friendly: My dogs and cats are my kids. Sometimes, they can be impossible, but they are fine for Jesus and Blanca. Both Jesus and Blanca are animal people. I know this because my neighbors no longer inform me that my dogs are barking when the cleaners are working. 7) Good, communicative people: I pride myself in my beautiful home, which Jesus and Blanca care for so well. As such, I wrote them a 5-star review after their first visit. I don't normally do this, but I needed to showcase their outstanding hard work; good people I barely knew. This yelp review is their follow up 1st year review. They are good people and still communicate well by text, email, and in person. It's not easy to find that these days. BEWARE of FAKE REVIEWS: Fake reviewers makes crazy accusations about Jesus and Blanca to harm their family business because these fake reviewers are shitty people. Jesus and Blanca are a son and mom team that's polite and throughly amazing. Contact me on yelp or their business for a letter of reference from me. I'm a UCLA profession, and I support Jesus and Blanca.

The two cleaners that came did a great job! They cleaned everything including baseboards, window sills, top of the fridge etc. The scheduling process was really easy too - they responded quickly and provided a flat rate that was very reasonable. Other companies I reached out to either told me it's hard to estimate the total time it would take or it was insanely pricey. There was one small mishap where the cover of our ceiling fan with lights got misplaced and we ended up having to order a replacement. When I reached out they quickly offered to buy it and install it back for us. Things happen but I really appreciate them taking accountability and found ways to fix the situation. Overall I would highly recommend Deluxe Cleaning Company, we will definitely use them again!
