She gave me a quick greeting when I entered, but then basically ignored me and never came out from behind the counter even though I was the only one in the store for most of my visit. I guess I just expected a bit more cheer from someone working in a bright, fun candy store. My main issue though is that I found out later from a local friend that they have a rewards program that the employee didn't mention to me at all. After spending over $120 in the store, it was disappointing to find out I likely missed out on potential rewards. The pretzels from the oven come out right there in the gift shop on the conveyor belt. They even gave us a fresh pretzel off the line. So delicious! I bought about $20.00 worth of pretzels for family and friends back home in AZ/CA. The 2 ladies in the shop were very kind and helpful. They even gave us the tip to look in the 3 back windows of the building on the way out. We did, and we saw about 10 people hand rolling pretzels. YES....they hand roll each (big) pretzel.
